BASIS” and submit your sealed proposal together with other requirements in the bid box provided for

the purpose not later than November 23 at 10:00am located at 6th Floor 1515 L and S Bldg., Roxas

Blvd., Ermita, Manila.

Bid proposals shall be opened at the 6th Floor 1515 L and S Bldg., Roxas Blvd., Ermita,

Manila on the same date in the presence of the Inventory and Disposal Committee (IDC) members and

other interested parties.

A Bid Security equivalent to 10% Cash or Managers Check of the bid offer shall be

accompanied by the bid offer. Any bid offer not accompanied by an acceptable bid security shall be

rejected and shall be treated as non-responsive. The bid security shall be forfeited if the bidder

withdraws its bid, or refusal to accept an award after the bidder has been adjudged as having submitted

the highest bid offer.

The EMB reserves the right to reject any offer at no cost to the government, waive or accept

any offer most advantageous to the government.

Subject unserviceable property should be paid within five (5) calendar days after award is made.

The same must be picked-up within five (5) calendar days from payment.
