Fondata nel 2002, già alla fine dello stesso annoannoverava clienti di grande prestigio qualiELYO ITALIA s.r.l., BORINI COSTRUZIONIS.p.A., COSTRUZIONI FABRIZI PIETRO S.p.A.,ITER COOPERATIVA RAVENNATE S.C. a R.L.,ISTITUTO EUROPEO, ecc., affermandosi sulmercato come sinonimo di serietà eprofessionalità.Nel 2003 l'azienda si è consolidata conl'acquisizione di una staff tecnico di prim'ordinesupportato dall'ausilio di tecnici e maestranzesempre più qualificate e competenti: un nostrovanto è la consegna dei lavori con la massimapuntualità e qualità!

L’AZIENDA OUR COMPANY

L’assegnazione a Torino della XX° Edizione deiGiochi Olimpici Invernali e delle Paraolimpiadi èstata per Sestriere, sede olimpica di gara, unavetrina di ineguagliabile valore.Il Villaggio Olimpico di Sestriere si trova nelcuore della città montana, a 2000 metri dialtitudine e a circa 120 km da Torino.

La Projects è stata incaricata delle opere incartongesso ed ha fatto valere la propriaprofessionalità ed esperienza completando ilavori assegnati entro i tempi previsti e con laqualità che da sempre contraddistingue le suerealizzazioni. In soli 9 mesi sono stati impiegaticirca 80.000,00 mq di cartongesso per larealizzazione delle pareti e delle contropareti delvillaggio olimpico.Sestriere in generale ed il Villaggio Olimpico inparticolare, hanno costituito una motivazioneimportante nella trasformazione in S.r.l. tantoche oggi i soci e le maestranze, tornando aSestriere per i lavori di ordinaria manutenzionedopo le gare olimpiche e paraolimpiche, possonocon orgoglio rivedere le opere realizzateall'interno dei padiglioni e pensare e dire:"Questo l'abbiamo fatto noi"!

The assignment to the twentieth edition of theTurin Winter Olympics and Paraloympics has beento Sestriere, site of Olympic competition, ashowcase of incomparable value.

The Olympic Village of Sestriere is located in theheart of the mountain town at 2000 meters abovesea level and about 120 km from Turin.

Projects s.r.l. has been in charge of works inplaster and relied on their expertise and experienceby completing assigned work on time and with thequality that distinguishes her realizations.In only 9 months were used approximately80,000.00 sq.m. plasterboard for the realization ofwalls and plastercounterwall at the Olympic village.Sestriere Olympic Village have been an importantmotivation in the transformation into a limited sothat today the shareholders and workers, returningto Sestriere for the regular upkeep after theOlympic and Paralympic can proudly review theworks carried out in the halls and think and say:"We did it" !

La Caserma Fenulli è una splendida costruzione,da anni in disuso, che la Provincia di Torino hadeciso di recuperare per adibirla a Liceo ClassicoStatale nel 2004.Gli interventi effettuati dalla Projects S.r.L. sipossono sintetizzare in:

� realizzazione di pareti e contropareti incartongesso quali elementi di suddivisionedegli ampi spazi in locali adatti ad ospitare unadeguato numero di studenti;

� realizzazione di spazi per riunioni e studio.In tutti gli ambienti sono state messe in opera lestrutture per adeguare l'altezza delle sale alladestinazione finale attraverso la posa di lastre dicartongesso di diversa composizione.

Particolare rilevo assume la progettazione degliSCHERMI PER L'ASSORBIMENTO ACUSTICO,realizzazione a seguito di studio sperimentaledel POLITECNICO DI TORINO (unico in Italia inapplicazioni scolastiche).Gli schermi permettono l'assorbimento dellefrequenze indotte in modo da annullare l'effettoriverberante delle onde sonore riflesse dalpavimento, dalle pareti e dalle alte volte.Nel particolare si nota come gli schermi sianoutilizzati con pannellatura diversa in base allefrequenze da attutire.L'illuminazione centrale è stata opportunamenteconglobata nelle strutture di assorbimentoacustico.

Caserma Fenulli is a beautiful building, in disuse foryears. The Province of Turin decided to recover it tobeused State High School in 2004.

The work carried out by the Projects s.r.l. can besummarized as follows:

� construction of plasterboard walls andcounterplasterwalls which elements of subdivisionof the large spaces in the premises suitable toaccommodate an adequate number of students;

Lo Juventus Stadium è un’opera inaugurata dallaSocietà Juventus Football Club S.p.A. l’8 settembredel 2011 con lo slogan “ Lo Stadio che cambia ilcalcio”. E’ un’opera magnifica che ospiterà le gareinterne della squadra della Juventus F.C. Lo JStadiumcongloba l’Area 12: un’area commerciale e di serviziper consentire agli spettatori di usufruire di ognicomfort al di là dell’evento sportivo. Alla ProjectsS.r.L. sono state commissionate le operedocumentate nelle foto. Per realizzare le opere sonostati impiegati circa 60.000,00 mq di cartongesso perl'esecuzione di: pareti in cartongesso antieffrazione,pareti tradizionali in cartongesso e controsoffittiinterni, controsoffitti in fibrocemento per esterni.

A seguito del “concorso per l'affidamento del sistemadi servizi per la gestione e l'innovazione degli impiantitecnologici e speciali all'interno dell'area RegionePiemonte” sono stati affidati a Projects s.r.l. i lavoriedili di ristrutturazione della sala del Presidente oltrea quella della Giunta Regionale e degli ufficidell'edificio, oltre ai lavori di adeguamentoantincendio attraverso l'esecuzione di controparetiREI, controsoffitti in gesso alleggerito, controsoffitti incarabottino e controsoffitti speciali in legno dallecaratteristiche acustiche e di pregio, oltre allafornitura e posa di porte interne in legno etinteggiatura interna dell'edificio.

Le attività che hanno visto la Projects S.r.L. inprima linea nei lavori di realizzazione delleMetropolitane di Torino, hanno reso necessarioun impegno rilevante e continuo tale da potersuperare enormi difficoltà: altezze delle voltenon usuali, piani di posatura a diversi livelli,superfici curve con elementi fuori daglistandard.

Tutte le attività hanno avuto termine con unleggero anticipo rispetto alle tempistichepreviste ed il risultato è sotto gli occhi di tuttigli utenti di Torino!

Su una superficie di circa 8.000 mq disposta su piùlivelli abbiamo eseguito i lavori edili di: realizzazionedi struttura in cemento armato,impermeabilizzazioni, pareti acustiche divisorie incartongesso, pareti in blocchi di cls, pareti in mattoniforati, intonaci, rasatura, controsoffitti modulari600x600, tinteggiatura interna ed esterna.

To run the new commercial center Ipercoop in thecity of Faenza, were used approximately30,000.00 square meters of plasterboard to makethe partitions, the Ductwork and ceiling plaster.The entire project was completed in just 7 months.

For IPERCOOP MALL was used a special blend ofelastic type specially designed by the technicalstaff of the Projects s.r.l.

Per eseguire il nuovo centro commerciale Ipercoopdi Faenza sono stati impiegati circa 30.000,00 mqdi cartongesso per poter effettuare le paretidivisorie, le contropareti ed i controsoffitti incartongesso.Il tutto è stato realizzato dalla Projects in soli 7mesi.

La posa viene effettuata disponendo le lastre inmodo orizzontale così da impedire che nella paretedi cartongesso avvenga la creazione di fratturederivanti dalle sollecitazioni termiche dellastruttura dell’edificio.Le lastre si avvalgono di una speciale amalgama ditipo elastico appositamente studiato dallo staff

Centro Comm.le IPERCOOP IPERCOOP Mall

La Discoteca “Scalenghe” si trova nell’omonimacittadina a circa 30 Km da Torino. L’intervento dellaProjects S.r.L. è relativo alla realizzazione integraledei controsoffitti nella sala da ballo e nei corridoi diaccesso alla sala stessa. La realizzazione delleopere ha comportato uno studio sull’acustica dellasala con conseguente scelta di posa delcontrosoffitto con pannelli fonoassorbenti in mododa ridurre al minimo possibile le frequenzeriverberanti. Questa soluzione ha consentito unamigliore fruizione della musica ed ha ridotto alminimo le frequenze che generano il fastidioso“rimbombo” tipico delle sale da ballo sprovviste diqualsiasi protezione anti-riverbero. I soffitti deicorridoi di accesso al locale da ballo sono statirealizzati a falde alternativamente contrappostecostituite da lastre di materiale fono assorbente.

Il primo incarico è statoassegnato a Projects s.r.l.per eseguire circa 400 mq. dicontrosoffitto metallicogrigliato per il PalazzoTelecom Italia a Torino.Considerando l'altaprofessionalità della nostraazienda il committente haassegnato a Projects s.r.l.tutti i controsoffittidell'intero edificio dove ilavori sono durati circa 13mesi per l'esecuzione dicontrosoffitti metallici600x600 e velette incartongesso.
