WHAT SHOULD THE PARENTS DO?

• Parents should always consult a doctor for antidepressants, and take their children to a philologist or counselor so they can have someone to talk to. Also, you should always be there for them, so they can have this feeling that someone is there to support them.

WHAT DOES DEPRESSION CAUSE?• Depression can seriously harm your way

of thinking and feelings. Your brain starts to imagine things that are not true, you can see yourself crying in the middle of the night because you think you’re worthless and alone, but you have a ton of people around you, supporting you. Feelings get damaged by thinking that, you start having a really self-stem and that’s not right, everybody should know they’re worth more that what they think.

WHAT CAN HELP YOU GO THROUGH DEPRESSION AND GET OUT OF IT?

• One of the things that can help you go out of depression might be talking, realtionating with somebody that went through what you’re going through, so you can just let it all out. Also, you should hang with happy people, either with your family or friends, people who make you have a good time so you can forget a little of what you’re passing right now.

worst. Suicide is what a lot of people tend to attempt or do when there are going through depression, they think they shouldn’t be here anymore, that is what being depressed make you think, they cry so much, they feel so desperate on looking for an easy way out, so they rather die.
