•Directly responsible for reducing wasted
effort by 80% through consolidation of key
metrics and pushing forward the idea of
‘self service’ reporting within the business.
•During my tenure I realised circa £1.5
million in efficiency savings through a
review of the Group Pension scheme set up
processes.
•Reduced reporting effort from 3 FTE to .5
