b) Main body:Go from the general to the particular, that is, begin with what you can see in the picture. Then describe each item you can see. Don’t forget to mention colours and shapes.

c) Conclusion:You can add what you feel when you see that picture.

Most likely you will use present tenses when writing about buildings/places still existing.
