BOOKINGS & PAYMENT
All meals must be paid for in advance, at the time of booking. As a training restaurant, we require
full occupancy.
Cancellations of greater than 72 hours notice will be refunded or rescheduled subject to availability. All patrons will be responsible for their own booking dates and ensuring they attend on the night, as
courtesy reminder calls have been discontinued

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS & SEATING
Limited dietary requirements can be catered for if notified in advance. Unfortunately as a training restaurant, we are unable to make last minute changes, and in certain circumstances may be
unable to meet your dietary needs.
Patron age limits do apply for all Fine Dining and Degustation meals, due to the nature of service
Bookings larger than the maximum table size for the relevant service will be accommodated over
multiple tables, subject to availability.
