and experience with the latest workshop technology under

a single roof, working from design development of an initial

concept, through fabrication, to final delivery of the project

on-site.

Our dedicated team of designers, carpenters, artisans and

sculptors specialise in creating bespoke interiors, exterior

set works, themed joinery, rock work, custom features,

props and scenic paint effects & finishes. We use a variety

of the latest 3D visual aids to develop the client’s vision into

a reality. Using innovative construction methods and

modern materials we can transform any concept into an

inspiring creation to a world-wide client list of global

entertainment leaders.

The Deluxe Group is a privatelyowned, family run firm with over 40years of experience of themedconstruction projects in theentertainment, leisure, hospitalityand retail sectors.

Design Development

Where a client has appointed an architect or designer to

provide a concept design, The Deluxe Group can work

alongside the client’s design team to provide the detailed

shop-drawings for the project, ensuring co-ordination with

the other trades, buildability and value engineering.

Where required we can also provide high resolution 3d

modelling including:

• Rendered 3d still images• 3d walkthrough movies• 3d space modelling, allowing movement through the

model in real-time

From the beginning of a project wework closely with the client, definingthe nature, size and financialparameters. A strategy is preparedincluding a schedule for design,fabrication and installation.



Fit-out

Our project managers will oversee the process through

procurement, manufacture and the installation of works on

site to completion and handover to the client.

The Deluxe Group haveextensive experience ofproviding the fit-out of highquality themed interiors inleisure, entertainment, retailand hospitality projects.



Bespokejoinery and facades

Our 20,000 sq ft workshop is equipped with a 5-axis CNC

processing centre providing accurate full 3d sculpting and

routering direct from CAD drawings utilizing Computer

Aided Design & Manufacturing Technology.

As well as utilizing our technical equipment our versatile

joiners are skilled in providing bespoke works by hand and

have developed artisan skills over the years in distressing

timber and other materials to enhance aging and

weathering for themed environments.

The Deluxe Group have been engaged on projects ranging

from retail to theme park rides creating large scale facades

themed from ancient temples to Art Deco Hollywood.

Our flexible manufacturing baseoffers bespoke joinery services to allour projects.



Rockwork and zoo exhibitfabrication

Our team of sculptors and artists can create geologically

authentic simulated rock, mud banks, waterfalls, theme

facades, artificial trees and coral.

Our immersive zoo environments that replicate tropical,

temperate to polar regions are created with sound

engineering principles, durability, operational awareness

and sensitivity to animal welfare.

We have the capacity to prefabricate steel structural

armatures and critical exhibit components including props

and sculpture within our 20 000 sq ft fabrication workshop.

The Deluxe Group has developed afull service design/build specialismin the development of rockwork foruse in zoos, theme parks,museums and water parks.



Sculpturesand props

Talented sculptors working with many different materials

such as polystyrene, renders and urethanes produce

pieces of beauty and function from miniatures to 15 metre

stone statues.

The team of in house artists have reproduced and

fabricated sets, models and props for use in advertising,

commercials, TV productions, exhibitions and window

displays.

Specially sculpted props andfigures of any size begin with asketch and emerge as a lastingreplica that adds the wow factor toan exhibit, visitor attraction or leisurevenue.



Wall carvings

Sculpted wall panels that feelauthentically stone to the touchhave been used effectively to createvisual impact within retail, hotel andnightclub venues.



Paintfinishes andageingtechniquesThe Deluxe Group have a particularreputation within the themedentertainment sector for achievingincredibly authentic finishes whetherit be weathering of faux rockwork,scenic paint ageing of facades,metallic coatings, marbling,graining, or creation of bespokemurals and trompe l’oeil.
