International Cruise TerminalLocated at the southern top of Singapore. The International Cruise Terminal will become an iconic development when it was view from the sea.

The unique architectural that shape from the pattern of the wave will be distinctly be seen by the day or at night.

It low height development of approximately 35m tall to the highest point made it look small in the big open sea and when view from far

The viewing spot for the Cruise Terminal will be greatly restricted by the number of places you can see the development and it will be best view via the sea.

International Cruise TerminalThe “wave” like art structureThe unique feature of the development where the mirrored ‘r’ letter will be the star of the development.

The piece of art structure that signify the wave will be lit via using customize LED panels in mirrored finish with have closely pitch LED that together they forms a screen that create subtle animated effect to the art structure.

The use of mirror finish enable it to be of two great expression as in the day and night.

In the day, the mirror finishes will reflect off any surface seen within its reflected angles. Sunlight falling onto it will also create a strong express of day glow.

In the night, this mirror will glow into the dark sky and mark its iconic presence.

The Entrances On the upper level where you will align from the car, you will be greeted by the double volume space with a skylight above you.

Along each column will be fitted with uplight provide glow to the skylight and ceiling. Downlight will be strategically position to adequate lighting level to the drop off area.

The CarparkIn the car park, at the driveway will be using floodlight which can have a huge coverage but do not create too much of the glare.

At the side where the parking bay was will be of slick design fluorescent fitting provide the necessary illumination to the car users.

At the upper deck, the concept will be of the same as the lower deck except for a extra uplighter to the roof.

The company manufactures high quality&affordable digital level to replace the use of conventional Spirit level/Tool. So the feature are simple,clear and outstanding. The graphic should be more engineering and easy to understand.

Description

The bags are made of coffee sack and combine it with other such as jute and canvas, as a fashion accessory, this project provides a stylish yet the affordable alternative to existing shopping trolleys. The trolley and combine it with the bags and make it folding and easy to store. The smaller bag can be used individually as a messenger bag without the trolley, which is convenient when buying only a few items. Both can be strapped onto the trolley. There also having two separate bags makes it easier for shoppers to arrange their items and to remove them when paying at the cashier.

The large basket can be bound with the trolley, there are some dividers inside of the basket which is helping people organize their foods and keep the fruits fresh.

TAKE AWAY

Our idea is based on design for family and figures out the problems during the routine in shopping. The main subject is the structure of trolley is made of bamboo, and the bags are made of coffee sack. Creating MUJI style through this material and textures, people could be attracted by the materials and the multifunction bags.

All these results are indicating that trolley has already become more useful in our daily life. So that I am trying to figure out the design language that is “design for family”, at the same time cutting down the elements for entirety structures and make the product more durable and flexible.
