SEED Engineering Consultants was formed in early - 2005 with a vision to bridge the gap in this field of Building Engineering and to positively impact the various parameters related to the design of MEP Engineering Services. Our focus on quality in design and deliverables has lent us credibility that currently takes us to landmark projects in Middle-East, Africa and the Indian sub-continent. Sustainable & Energy-Efficient Design, the principle on which SEED is based, is a core motive and our sustainability group within SEED Engineering lends management & advisory services to a number of Green Building projects in UAE and India. Employing more than 60 experienced design professionals across Dubai, Kochi and Bangalore, SEED is one of the fastest growing Engineering practices in the cities we serve in. On our projects, SEED has associated with major International Architects and Consultants. This has enabled us to streamline our design processes and to offer innovative concepts to our esteemed clientele based on the latest trends & technologies in engineering.
The importance and impact of
electro-mechanical systems in the
built environment have often gone
underestimated.
From time immemorial, it is these elements of the building that have given life to a building; and have influenced how we judge the touch-and-feel experience of any building. Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing services (MEP) now attract a renewed interest and attention in the age of Sustainable and Energy-Efficient buildings.

Design Integrate Sustain is the mantra underlying our approach to every project we handle. At SEED, we believe that any project must go through three progressive steps to attain its essential success. DESIGN. At the basic level, everything is built in parts. The Design governs the cost and performance of any project. Working from whole to parts, every engineer in SEED is empowered to consider the smallest of details and their respective impacts at this level.
INTEGRATE. The Design of each element integrates into the larger system at the second level. This step influences the efficiency and economics of operation in the project. Promoting a blend of technology, keen observation and human experience enables seamless integration of each service into the system.
SUSTAIN. At the advanced level, we strive to transcend industry expectations by planning systems and technologies to last the test of time. The purpose of Sustain is to promote durability and sustainability in a project. Our designers tackle the challenge of not only meeting today’s expectations but also of foreseeing tomorrow’s demands.
Our focus through the
processes of Design, Inte-
grate and Sustain enables
us to project the benefits
and limitations of each
system at an early stage
and work towards miti-
gating any risks as we
move forward, rather
than at a later stage.

OUR COLLECTIVE experience across industries and sectors, working on behalf of stakeholders ranging from develop-ers to consultants to contractors have led us to believe that there are three key elements in the success of engineering in any project: impeccable service, high standards of quality and a good under-standing of the clients' needs. As engineering consultants and representatives of the client, we hold high our commitment towards providing design that meets these criteria. This could be one reason that most of our work come from references through past projects.

Our Projects are as diverse as our team is. Whether it is the sector the projects belong under or the location they are built in, SEED Engineering works on a variety of landmark projects in association with Architects, Developers, and other Consultants from around the world. We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all design for our projects. Each project is unique and we look at it from a fresh angle, only draw-ing from our past experiences but not borrowing from them. The result is a highly optimized solution specific to the nature of use, the location and the scale of the project.

Our Innovative solutions help building projects deliver high perfor-mance which not only conserves energy and water but also does so in a manner that does not compromise the occupants’ luxury and seamless integration with the
environment.
Our services include augmentative design solutions to minimize energy consump-tion, promote renewable energy usage, improve the indoor environmental quality,
and enhance the overall sustainability quotient of the building.
SEED has worked with large corporations, major banks, industries, IT/ITeS firms, commercial developers and other organisations to create liveable spaces that are less expensive to operate & maintain, have reduced overall carbon footprint, are easier to lease, have healthier environments & occupant comfort and more importantly, can
boost productivity & workforce satisfaction.
SEED uses critical knowledge and compounded experience to advocate methodologies that Use Little resources, Do More & Relate Better to the surroundings for the sustainable built environment in comparison to their
conventional counterparts.
