After years of use, the surfaces of many basins have tiny

scratches caused by cleaning or being rubbed by cups,

soap dishes or beauty products. According to tests,

Evermite is 40% more resistant to abrasion than other

similar materials. This is possible thanks to the modified

polymer basis used in Evermite.

Thanks to Evermite, a basin retains the original qualities

of its surface for many years. Laboratory tests have

demonstrated that Evermite is 50% more resistant to lustre

fading due to cleaning. Evermite’s structure is designed to

protect against micro-defects so the basin remains as glossy

as on the day of purchase for much longer.

Evermite is characterised by a very low permeability

coefficient. As a result, the surface of the basin is perfectly

smooth, which prevents stains from becoming ingrained and

makes maintenance easier.

The material is resistant not only to marks from tea or coffee,

but also to stains from various, hard-to-clean products used

in the household, for example: lipstick, shoe polish, crayons,

ink, vegetable and fruit juice, medicines like gentian violet

If the stain is recent, a sponge and some water suffice

to remove it. If the stain has stayed on the basin for a longer

time, a sponge and some regular cleaning cream will clean

it. Proof – Evermite has been successful in strict European and

American tests (CE, ANSI and CSA) and it has passed internal

corporate stain resistance tests.

THE INFLUENCE OF DIFFICULT TO CLEANSUBSTANCES DOES NOT RESULTIN PERMANENT DISCOLOURATION

Evermite is highly resistant to tobacco stains and discolouration

from strong chemicals, including: petrol, ethanol, amyl

acetate, ammonium hydroxide, citric acid, urea, hydrogen

peroxide, sodium hypochlorite, toluene, ethyl acetate, lye,

and acetone. Evermite has successfully passed the CE, ANSI

and CSI certification tests proving its resistance to these

substances. Contact with these substances does not affect the

product’s quality.

Removing stains resulting from a lit cigarette left on an

Evermite basin is very easy – just apply some regular cleaning

cream. Such resistance to stains makes Evermite basins also

suitable for public facilities. Stains from strong chemicals can

be removed with cream cleanser. If the gloss is dimmed or if

the stain is difficult to remove, polishing the wet surface first

with P1200 waterproof sandpaper and then with some cream

cleanser will solve the problem.

WARRANTY AND CERTIFICATES

WARRANTY

All Evermite products carry a 10 year warranty

against faulty manufacture. Conditions for

validity of the warranty are normal use,

as well as installation by a qualified professional.

Air bubbles on the underside of products

are excluded from this warranty.

VERIFICATION OF TECHNICAL FEASIBILITY

In order to ensure the highest quality, Marmite

reserves the right to verify the suitability of Evermite

for new and existing product applications.

CERTIFICATES

As confirmed by appropriate certificates, Evermite

complies with safety and legal standards of the

European, American and Canadian markets. Introducing

the product into the American or Canadian market

requires a certificate for every new Evermite product.

The party responsible for certification is the exporter.
