Abstract

This work describes the design optimization of vehicle chassisframe. Now a days weight reduction is one of the major issue

in automobile industry. In this work the dimensions of an

existing vehicle has taken for modeling and analysis of a

chassis frame with different composite materials namely

carbon fiber, epoxy, fiber reinforced. The selection process is

simplified by using finite element analysis to iterate through

many different configurations such as customize the properties

of structure. or this work we are using !atia v" and #nsys for

analysis.
