As Planning Technician for the City of Aliso Viejo, I was able to work on several design projects. The following images are for a design project to create a pocket park/
plaza area in a newly constructed area surrounded by mixed-use and office space. Each concept displays a different set of options to the developer in order to
encourage more open space land.

The following images are of the Madera Ranchos Redevelopment Project. This section was developed as a commercial center with retail shops, a grocery store, a restaurant, a convenience store, and office space. The site was initially planned on CAD. I then
converted these ideas into Google Sketchup. The following images are images from the 3-D Google Sketchup Model.
