Who are they? They are a Wooden Toy Shop that makes quality Wooden Toys at Permanently Discounted Prices. They have over 4000 products to choose from. The best thing about it is that they have some cheap prices. Their mission is to be able to produce their quality products to customers and are able to sell them around the country.

What is their Philosophy or Aim?Their philosophy's is to provide wooden toys around the country and be able to keep their community going. They also want to keep their wooden toys at a high standard by making different types and shapes in their toys, but the one thing is that they are a New Zealand community.

What do they sell?They sell wooden toy that are different shapes and sizes and that are suitable for any ages but it is best for children in pre-school or kindergarden. We have over 12,000 Mum’s and Dad’s that tune into our latest deals and wooden toy releases on Facebook..

Where are they located?They are located in Bay of Plenty (Papamoa). They are open from Monday – Friday from (9am till 4pm).

I am required to design and manufacture a wooden toy for a wooden toy company,It should be a suitable size,The Company require the following attributes,It Must be SAFE,It Must be ECO-FRIENDLY,It Must be DURABLE,It Should encourage IMAGINATION/PLAY.It should be 4+ age suitability,It could be a action toy.

Conclusion:

I will be making it in wood. Also I will be looking at making it better and using the comments too.

This is Eco-Friendly because all the bits have been glued so they can’t fall off and get put in little kids mouths.

It is Durable because if it gets wet it can dry and it would fall to pieces.

It is encourage to be IMAGINATION & PLAY. If I was little I would pay to get one of these.

I believe it is safe to play with. The only thing is if you drop it from a high place and hits someone it will hurt them.

Real life Dimensions:

It’s not the same size as you can see but it is pretty fast when you push it.

Make sure to put it away or it can get stepped on and maybe break.

Developing prototype: What modifications must I make to meet my specifications? Page (14)This is our prototype. To reach the specifications of the plans Dylan made. When we make it better, by sanding everyone better and make sure that everyone thing is cut to spic and span. We also need to make sure we reach the other requirements, by making sure it is for a child 4+ and nothing can come off for the little kid to eat or choke.

We will need to cut everyone right, but also make it like it’s a product we are giving to the wooden toy box to sell. Dylan’s Thoughts: He though we did good, but in the next one we make he will work harder and give more time.Leroy’s Thoughts: It was all good idea. My Thoughts: I believe it was pretty good in the time we had, but next time need to not use all the time on sanding the wheels.
