Design Thinking is quickly growing into one of the most powerful tools for innovation. Create engaged, solution-focused, positive team members capable of solving internal and external business problems by generating human-centered, creative ideas using the Design Thinking methodology.
OverviewDesign Thinking has recently boosted in popularity, mainly due to how flexible, easy, and effective the framework is.
This all-in-one Design Thinking course was designed for attendees to understand the five steps to design thinking: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. You will learn the value of getting to know your clients, and finding ways to design products and services that suite their needs, all in a hands-on and interactive environment.

Program Content
Innovation is challenging for organizations both large and small, especially since each one often has its own definition. Employees remain disengaged with vast creative resources lying dormant.
The one-day program was designed to encourage innovation through an end-to-end coverage of the Design Thinking process. You will gain experience working on a specific design challenge which you will explore using empathy via face to face interviews; synthesis of the problem and problem definition; innovative ideation techniques and prototyping and customer testing skills.
Best of all, we specifically designed the program to make use of a learning-by-doing environment rather that a learning-by-listening one.
The course includes the following topics:
• Research Interviews
Conduct research interviews to gather data, and take notes effectively.
• Synthesize Reseach Data
Analyize and organize data gathered, and indentify underlying insights.
• Define Problems
Understand the customer and see the situation in their eyes in order to indentify the true, and often hidden problem.
• Formal Rules of Design Thinking Ideation
Learn the formal rules in Design Thinking Ideation, what makes it effective, and how to properly implement it to maximize value.
• Prototype
Prototyping methods include story telling, low-fidelity prototypes, bodystorming, 3D prototypes, and many more.
