TeraHertz SPS-300 FTIRMain Characteristics

• The Only Commercially available TeraHertz FTIR designed for operation in the TeraHertz spectral Range. Operating in Michelson and Martin Papplet Mode.

• Unique 4” ( 100 mm.) optical aperture using a proprietary 5” diameter ( 125 mm) Beam Splitter Polarizer Wide 3-2000cm-1 (5µm-3.3mm) spectral range

• 0.119cm-1 resolution for standard model with 50mm stage
