Whenever possible, stewardship events should be designed for a specific donor segment.

And creating a donor persona to represent that segment helps to guide your event planning.

A persona is a semi-fictional representation of your donor.

HOW TO USE MISSION MOMENTS TO CREATE A MEMORABLE EVENT EXPERIENCE

Most stewardship events follow the same exact (yawnfest) formula. Food, program and socializing. Rarely does this add meaning or bring joy to the donor experience.

Instead, be creative and get your donors to interactive with your mission experientially.
