Check to see if A/C vent arms wereaccidentally disconnected in step 8:

Step 9:

Cover kitchen knife with cloth andgently pry the hazzard light tab overthe radio clip:

This will release the fascia entirely. Just pull straight outand rest on top of dash, remember not to pull the air-baglight or the hazzard light out all the way.

This exposes four (4) screws that hold the radio in,remove them with your torx head screwdriver.

To remedy, just reconnect this ball-joint.Check both sides.

Step 12:

Connect Tig’s Wire Harness to RNS 510: If you have the TV-in-Motion, connect the wire harnesspictured at left to this TV-in-Motion connector above.

If not, connect the wire harness pictured at left directlyto the back of the RNS 510.

The TV-in-Motion wires are pretty long so Iwrapped it around the Main Harness and used a black zip tie to secure.
