Determining Drain based off of mills procurement area.

Determining the number of times a mill touches each county.

In order to determine how much drain each county is experiencing complete a spatial join on the county boundary with the pulp mill buffer created earlier. This is done by right clicking on the county boundary. Sum the number of times each buffer touches the county. This will determine how much drain is associated with each county.

Determine the percentage of each county that is intersected by each pulp mill.
