AbstractIt is well-known, that maintenance of organism systems in optimal homeostatic limits needs

appreciable intensifying of compensatory mechanisms activity, in which accept appreciable par-ticipation of vegetative nervous system structures. However, its condition till now is unsufficiently investigated at periodontal diseases at the teenagers. In the teenage period, on a background of a vagus regulation becoming the phenomena of sharp ascending sympatic influences are observed, that as follows from the given research, is accompanied by the inflammatory and destructive pro-cesses in periodontal tissues. Thus change in a function condition of an organism conduct to de-velopment of a local tissue dystrophia, that proves to be true by many morphological, biochemical and clinical researches.

Key words: periodontal diseases at the teenagers, vegetative homeostasis, cardiointervalog-raphy, electron biofunction organometric method.

AbstractA complex research of childrens and adults population of the Nanai districs was carried out.

In cooperation with medical ecologys laboratory there was studied, besides the stomatologic status, average morbidity, the condition of organs and systems of human bodies, the presence of ecotoxicants in biological liquids. High prevalence and intensity of caries among children and adults was revealed. The parameters of caries were higher among aborigines. The final elements of oil-products decomposition were discovered in biological liquids: blood, urine, saliva. Ec-ological pollutans, containing in the river water and ground adjournment lead to worsening of populations health, including dental desease.

AbstractThe interrelation of dentoalveolar-facial anomalies and caries of teeth and his complications,

periodontal diseases, and as a consequence early loss of teeth and pathology of temporal-mandibular joint is well-known. Is unconditional, on the first place stand the programs of cariesprophylaxis, as most wide-spread dental disease. But on known data, 90 % of children in theage of 3 years have deviations in dentoalveolar system formation, that testifies to necessity todo accent on prophylaxis of dentoalveolar system anomalies at drawing up of the complex pre-ventive programs for children in 3-6 years age.

AbstractThe article is devoted to urgent question of cranio-facial surgery closing of small postoper-

ative defects of skull bones at children with inherent cranio-facial deformations. By us it is of-fered to close small postoperative defects of skull bones by an osteal shaving mixed with ve-inous blood of the patient. The efficiency of a technique is proved to application at 189 patients with cranio-facial deformations.

AbstractA rare case of the surgical treatment of an child with congenital interfrontal encephalocele is

described in the article. A combined coronal and transfacial approach was used. The bony de-fect presented two joining round defects in the left half of the frontal bone. The medial edge of the bony defect was the metopic suture. Three herniation necks left the common bony defect se-parately; the herniations presented altered cerebral tissue and altered arachnoid. The dural de-fects were closed with a free periosteal flap, laid over the defects and sutured to the dura. The fr-ontal bony defect was repaired with a calvarium graft. A good aesthetic result was achieved.

Key words: anterior encephalocele, frontoethmoidal encephalomeningocele, sincipital en-cephalomeningocele, craniofacial surgery.

AbstractThe actuality of correct use of diagnostics methods of a zygomatic complex fractures is de-

termined by complexity of such techniques and subsequent treatment, poor efficiency of used methods of diagnostics in conditions of a difficult configuration of an average facial zone bones, presence of pneumatic cavities, and appreciable quantity of complications. The generalization of clinical experience on an patients with traumatic damages of an average facial zone bones rehabilitation will allow to develop algorithm of inspections excluding an exuberant radial load on the patient and ensuring high informative the received data.

AbstractOne of most complicated problems of cranio-maxillo-facial surgery till now has an aftertre-

atment of the patients with inherent defects of cranio-facial area development. The analysis of domestic and foreign activities demonstrates, that, unfortunately, medical care to this group of patients not always appears in a volume most favourable for removal of having defects and de-formations. Frequently medical actions appear behind schedule, in postoperative period there are complications and relapses.

Key words: cranio-facial area defects, aftertreatment, inherent defects.

AbstractSuch properties of glass-ionomer cement as a chemical adhesion to a dentine, enamel and

cement of a tooth without acid etching, fastness to influence of a moisture during sealing, ca-riesostatic effect at the expense of prolonged release of fluorine ions in a tooth tissue and in a oral liquid, good biocompatibility, untoxic allow widely them to utillize in dental practice and optimize their application in a childrens dentistry. One of perspective domestic traditional gl-ass-ionomer cement is the material of chemical curing Stomalit, developed specially for a ch-ildrens dentistry.

AbstractThe purpose of our research was a clinical estimation of efficiency of local and general anti-

virus preparations of new generation: Panavir, SuperLysine+ and laserotherapeutic device SL-30 also studying of cytologic features of oral mucous membrane at patients with chronic re-lapsing herpetic stomatitis (CRHS) before treatment and for 6-th day of treatment. On the basisof the clinical-laboratory investigations has been determined high therapeutic efficiency - re-duction of epythelisation terms, good analgesive effect, the best adhaesive properties. Thus, theinvestigations carried out by us allowed to prove scientificant efficiency of use of local and ge-neral anti-virus preparations of new generation: SuperLysine+, Panavir and also laserotherapy in a complex of treatment herpetic infections.

Key words: chronic relapsing herpetic stomatitis, Panavir, SuperLysine+, laserotherapeutic device SL-3.
