Where to use
deva.metal® is a self-lubricatingbearing material manufactured byadvanced powder metallurgy. It is fullycompacted, unlike oil-impregnatedporous bronze materials that are weakby comparison. deva.metal® is provi-ded with an evenly distributed solidlubricant throughout its metallic matrix.deva.metal®
- is suitable for dry running at slowsliding speeds and high loads,
- is stick-slip free,- has high resistance to temperature
and corrosion,- is insensitive to contamination and
edge pressures,
- can be easily machined if required.
Reference applicationsIron and steel works, furnace con-struction, fans, foundry machinery, waste water cleaning plants, water-,steam- and gas-turbines, pumps andcompressors, food and beverageindustry machinery, packingmachinery, apparatus engineering, mechanical handling equipment, etc.

Where to use
deva.tex® is a high performance self-lubricating sliding material with aglass-fibre reinforced carrying layer. The machinable sliding layer con-sists of fibres which are embeddedin epoxy resin. The resin carries PTFEas lubricant for excellent tribologicalperformance.deva.tex® bearings are available instandard dimensions up to 200 mmaccording to DIN 1850 and arecharacterized by a very highcorrosion and wear resistance. Theyare insensitive to contamination aswell as to vibrations and shockloads. Custom dimensions are also
available due to the machinable in-ner and outer layer.

Where to use
GLYCODUR® F sliding bearingsconsist of a 0.2 to 0.4 mm poroustin bronze layer sintered onto acopper plated steel base. The poresof this layer are filled during a rollingprocess with PTFE and other frictionand wear reducing additives. A 5 to30 µm top layer made of the samematerial forms the running-in layer.GLYCODUR® F sliding bearingscombine the mechanical propertiesof the sintered bronze with thesliding and lubrication properties ofa PTFE mixture.
The structure of this composite ma-terial results in good dimensionalstability and good thermal con-ductivity.
Reference applicationsGeneral dry running applications, shock absorbers, hydraulics, pneu-matic cylinders, medical equipment, textile machines, agriculturalmachinery, office applications, etc.

Where to use
deva.eco® sliding bearings are thin-walled, rolled CuSn8 parts withlubrication deposits. They can takehigh loads and enable compacteconomic bearing design solutions. There are three basic designs:deva.eco® 9 with rhombic shapedrolled lubrication pockets. This designis mostly used in applications wherenearby construction elements, such asgears, are oil-lubricated. Likewisethese bearings can be used withstandard pumpable greases orlubrication pastes.deva.eco® 8 has lubrication pocketslike deva.eco® 9. These pockets are
