BUCKET LISTRecruiting in October for winter peak maybe an easy thing to do. But we are missing our winter peak by focusing on recruitment and induction initiatives. Solution : We recruit BIG and recruit high quality membership early on for the winterpeak.

MENTORING VS COACHINGWe recognised that to perform mentoring the mentor needs to have experience in the career path that the mentee is pursuing. To coach, no such experience is needed as a coach, facilitate goal setting, asks questions and actively listens.

COACHING SYSTEMThere is no LDP/MDP anymore, there is only One2Ones as a part of the Team Standards. From the Team Leader to the Team Member.

1. All individuals who lead teams need to coach their teams on a monthly basis in a One2One setting.
2. One2Ones can be Personal Goal Setting, 2 Way Feed backing, and conversational dialogue.
3. Any kind of framework can be used.
