Create story as though writing for linear telling
Expand each character’s bio as story develops
Write character dialog & character thoughts as
inspiration comes
Decide on media/channel (email, SMS, twitter etc)
Initial concept
Diagram character connections
(relationships, events, artifacts - Powerpoint)
Decide which triggers for which characters unlock
which parts of story
Write the introduction: set the scene, player
objectives, initial characters & leads/clues
Diagram the characters, triggers, plot reveals (Excel spreadsheet)
