The Green Campus

EarthSolar radiation has been reduced by covering exposed slabs

with greenery. 6,000 sq.mt. of green cover against a statutory

requirement of 2,500 sq.mt. creates a vast green cover.

Air12% saving in energy consumption through well designed systems

and building elements. Air-conditioning systems have a variable air

volume valve that can be adjusted. AHUs have variable

speed options.

Water25% saving in water usage through 100% recycling of treated

effluents, rainwater harvesting and zero wastage of water, through

use of sensors and dual flush systems.

FireOptimization of wall to glass ratio and use of low ‘E’ double glass

unit in the front facade helps in reducing heat load in the building

and lessens energy consumption.

The mindsets we need to build

• Learning to be mobile/ share & using new

spaces- accept that work is increasingly

informal

•  Trusting that ‘work is where you are’

• Performance assessed on output and

metrics, and not on presence at work- aculture of individual accountability

• Flexibility

• Visible, mobile and accessible leadership

• Working together more - Shift to

collaborating ,collective decision making

• Respect for people and resources
