The owner and founder of the Path of Light Ashram is inviting serious seeker to live in and perform daily disciplines and to tend homa farm.

Come and Help Build an Organic Homa Farm

Greetings Fellow Light Workers...My name is Jay Kuzminsky. I have been blessed to acquire a

small farm called the "PATH OF LIGHT" in Harrisonville, Pennsylvania in the United States. The

14 acre farm is about 120 miles northwest of Washington DC and about 125 miles west of

Baltimore.

We are looking for someone, an individual or family, a couple or someone who has experience

with Homa Farming to come stay at the farm and help develop it into a Homa Farm. Ideally,

we would like someone to stay at least 6 -12 months. Of course, Homa Farms are operated

under the following guidelines: · Daily performance of Agnihotra at sunrise and sunset · Daily

performance four Hours of Homa (Om Tryambakam) · No drugs, alcohol, cigarettes or meat on

the property. We welcome and are open to discussing anyone's interest in this project. Please

Several biographies of Paramsadguru have been published in various languages so far. A

separate detailed account of His life and work is designed to be published very soon.

However, here is an attempt to delineate His life and teachings in brief. Here once again a

clear distinction is needed to understand the words Guru and Sadguru. Guru is a guide a giver

of the knowledge. It is rare to find a person of Sadguru category. Sadguru means the one,

who has attained the Divine Vision of Truth (i.e. Ultimate Supreme State) and further, more

such a person can also take others to that state. Shree Gajanan Maharaj is Paramsadguru i.e.

as stated earlier - the highest among the Sadgurus. Such Supreme Masters are in fact Divine

incarnations. They descend in human forms once in millenniums. Even to obtain a sight (to

have a darshan) of them is rarest of rare occasions. And to get a chance to live or to have a

contact with them is still rarer. They have a universal status, universal appeal and are like Guru of the entire mankind.

The work done by Paramsadguru is not only extraordinary but unparallel. During past

thousands of years many misunderstandings regarding religion have cropped up. To add to

this there was a confusion caused by mushrooming of various following Eternal Religion many

a people just continued debates over as to whose sect was superior and whose one was

inferior. In fact religion should arouse humaneness and goodness but the real picture became

different. In reality impiety proliferated. Eternal Religion paves the path of bettering

everyday. But during past hundreds of years, corrupt practices many times look the name of

religion. The essence of religion got obliterated and basic principles neglected. Paramsadguru

by rejuvenating the Vedas cleared the dark clouds of doubts and laid solid foundation of

Eternal Religion. He explained the fundamental Vedic principles in the simplest possible way

and presented the eternal religion in precisely the same way as the Vedas did at the beginning

of the universe. He ordained the essential religious discipline in minimal measure, by

practicing which , torn minds, parted minds, egoistic minds become healthy and come closer

to each other.

Transitional Moment:

Of course, before dealing with all these aspects, it is necessary to understand other

essentials. Paramsadguru was born on 17the May 1918, at Khadgapur (Near Calcutta in West

Bengal). To be precise He was born during the transition of 16th and beginning of 17th May.

Supreme beings are born at transitional phases such at sunrise, sunset, noon and midnight.

Khadgapur has now become a place of pilgrimage for the follower of Five Fold Path as

Paramsadguru was born here. Five Fold Path means, the five basic principles as ordained by

the Vedas. Why Khadgapur has become a place of pilgrimage? Let us take a simple day to

day example. If a fire (or a fire stove) is lit in a place at any spot, even once for say cooking,

the spot remains hot for a quite sometime. Then one can imagine how sanctified and purified

a place does become when a divine incarnation is born a particular place.

In fact, Khadgapur is famous town since historic days. It is situated on the Calcutta-Nagpur Rail link, in the district of Midnapur in West Bengal.

There goes a story in mythology about Khadgapur. The name Khadgapur is a combination of

two words Khadga and Pur. Both words have their origin n Sanskrit. Khadga is sword, Pur is

Town or city. Even today there is a temple of Khadgeshwar Mahadeo in the old part of the

town. The mythological story tells us that here ruled a king whose name was Bhadrayu. He

was offered a Khadga (sword) by a Shiv-yogi (Messenger of Lord Shiva); hence the name

Khadgapur. The temple of Khadgeshwar or Lord Shiva is in the part of the town known as

Inda. Very close to the temple, we find another temple of 'Brahma - Vishnu - Mahesh' which

means Lord Dattatrey. A few steps further of this temple there is one more temple of Goddess

Hidimba. The point here is that this part of Khadgapur is adorned by the temples of Shiva,

Dattatrey and a Goddess. In the same region or say in the vicinity of Khadgapur, there is a

temple of Pradhyumna - the son of Lord Krishna. Khadgapur has been described as an old and

holy place by the Sage of Sakori, Sadguru Upasani-Baba. Undoubtedly the place selected for

the birth of a divine incarnation has got to have ancient history.
