Orders will be shipped C.O.D. or CREDIT CARD until an open account is established. We will not DROP SHIP C.O.D. ORDERS. If C.O.D. shipments are refused, all costs incurred plus a $10.00 charge may be billed to the customer.

Statements of Account are mailed the middle of each month and include invoices, credit memos and payments. Service charges may be applicable and are based on the amount past due and at a rate of 1.5% per month, effective annual rate of 18%.

Collection Fee: All collection charges and fees incurred in collecting past due accounts will be billed and must be paid in full before shipment of orders are resumed.

Returned Checks: There will be a $25.00 service charge on all checks returned unpaid. FREIGHT: Shipments are F.O.B. Kansas City, KS or Ellerbe, NC for orders less than $300.00. FREE GROUND FREIGHT (F.O.B Destination) is provided on orders greater than $300.00 shipped within the continental United States.

DELIVERY CLAIMS: All claims must be received within 30 days of shipment. No claim for shortages will be allowed unless made within 10 working days of receipt of order.

RETURNED GOODS POLICY: All SmartKnit® diabetic socks have a 60 day money back guarantee only if original payment made by credit card at time of order.

Acceptance of all other returned merchandise is at the discretion of Knit-Rite. All returned merchandise will not be accepted for credit without a valid return authorization number. There is a maximum three month time limit in which to return all merchandise, should Knit-Rite approve the return.

The following will be required for any return:* Full description of the merchandise* Complete reason for the return.
