The Diagrid open cell metal ceiling systems are both decorative and functional; they provide an open, transparent, and individual atmosphere. The Diagrid 24T I Cube systems uses a sturdy T-grid suspension system offering easy access to lighting, ventilation systems, and sprinklers. The system consists of blades clipped onto one another to form a standard module pabellaying on aT-grid suspension system.

ADDITIONAL SPECIFICATION

Acoustics and Insulation Our acoustic product range was designed and tested in accordance to BS EN ISO 354:2003 and ASTM C423-09A to achieve a sound insulation having Noise Reduction Rating (NRC) between 0.75 to 0.90. The system uses an acoustic non woven, non flammable, sound absorbing black felt layer of0.2mm thick bonded to the back of the panel using non flammable water based glue. Additionally Rock­wool insulation of thickness 25-40mm and density 40-110 kg/m3 is laid on top of the acoustic black felt.

Coating The panels are polyester stove enameled or electrostatically polyester powder coated (thickness 70-90microns) to any RAL color as per the architect's choice. The painted finish is salt spray tested for 1000 hours corrosion protection as per ASTM B 117-73. Anti-Bacterial finish as per JIS Z 2801:2000 can be made available upon request.

Fire Classification "Non-Combustible" material tested in accordance to BS 476: Part 4: 1970. Flame Spread Index Value 5 and Smoke Development Value 20 as per ASTM E84 (Class 1 or A)

Light Reflection Light reflection coefficient (LR) 0.85 tested in accordance to ASTM E 1477.

Recycle Content All aluminium products can be manufactured with over 75% recycled content.

INSTALLATION 1. Measure the ceiling area and divide it into 1200mm intervals to align the Main T

360 2. Fix the edge trim into the wall perimeter at the required ceiling level height 3. Mark the position of the wire hangers on the soffit taking care not to exceed

1200mm along the Main T 360 4. Align the height of the Main T 360 to the edge trim 5. Join the Main T 360 and the Cross T 60 I Cross T 120 to complete the suspension

module 6. Join upper and lower blades to form the modular panel 7. Lay the panels into the suspension grids

LEdge Trim: "L" shaped edge trim of size 20x40x3000mm fixed to the wall edging at right angles to the panel. Finish to match the panels.

WEdge Trim: "W" shaped edge trim of size 20x20x20x3000mm fixed to the wall edging at right angles to the panel. Finish to match the panels.

Double Adjustment Clip: Zinc plated galvanized steel spring grip to wire hanger.
