Diamatic Management Services was born in 2007 after identifying the need to pull together a highly

fractured market. Built around the highest quality equipment, products and professional installers, we

lead in all technology categories and manufacture everything excluding chemical floor treatments.

With a combined 225 years of experience in the concrete industry, polishing and project installations

we have the knowledge and experience to tackle any project.

Our expert network of dedicated and highly trained installers are annually vetted and supported with

warranty, technical support and continued training. Our network includes over 70 top level installers

with more than 800 machines in the network. We are the only manufacturer backed management

service in the country. We hold each installer accountable to their respective projects. This insures our

customers have the same results from project-to-project and coast-to-coast.

WHY POLISHED CONCRETE

ECONOMICAL The cost of a polished concrete floor is economical in comparison to other flooring options. At a competitive cost per square foot a plain gray slab can be brought back to a lustrous sheen. Concrete’s flexibility also allows for stains, logos or other graphics to be laid into the surface.

VERSATILITY Polished concrete is very versatile. It can be used for both interior and exterior flooring solutions. It can accentuate other focal points and when dyed and or embedded with a logo or design the floor can really pop. It can be both utilitarian and beautiful at the same time.

LONGEVITY A floor that has been polished and properly maintained can be expected to last up to 20 years or longer. Polished concrete is not susceptible to many of the outside forces that plague other floor types and result in flooring system failures.

SUSTAINABILITY Adding any additional materials to a flooring project result in greater expenditures and environmental impact such as harvesting, manufacturing, and transporting. Finishing a floor by simply polishing the existing concrete material avoids these concerns while substantially decreasing the environmental footprint, which in turn saves natural resources to the pollution associated with shipping and manufacturing.

MAINTENANCE Polished concrete floors are easier to maintain than other flooring options and require no chemicals or waxes to produce their shine.

Polished Concrete is the lowest incurred cost for installation, maintenance and refurbishing compared to any other flooring option. Given the likelihood of a moisture related failure affecting epoxy or vinyl tile flooring during the 10 year lifespan and the comparison gaps spread even further. Some manufacturers claim their products will last longer than 20 years, but in reality very few facilities utilize a flooring past 20 years before renovations require a change.

PRE-SLAB MEETING

Initially a pre-slab meeting will be held to assess the

concrete, discuss options and a mock-up maybe

performed if necessary to determine possible outcomes

and address any issues with the floor.

ON-SITE SUPERVISION

On-site supervision is provided to insure the project

stays on task and on budget.

TECHNOLOGY & TESTING

During the project technology will be utilized for testing

and measurements. These

project-to-project and

The ULTRAFLOR® System

ULTRAFLOR System is a graduated multi-step,

precision process for the polishing of concrete

surfaces. The end result is a unique decorative,

highly reflective concrete floor or surface.

When specifying polished concrete, it is important to understand that polishing a new or existing

concrete slab can expose many imperfections which include cracks, spalls, color and texture

variations. An existing concrete slab may also be aged, out of tolerance, deteriorated and unable to

be used. The system creates a floor that significantly reduces overall life-cycle costs, maintenance

requirements and provides numerous environmental benefits. This one-of-a-kind system incorporates

proper substrate preparation, high performance concrete toppings, concrete treatments, the

mechanical process and finishing treatments that result in the ultimate polished concrete floor. The

ULTRAFLOR® System extends the life of the floor well beyond the typical polishing process.

The SILEX® System

In addition to Diamatic’s dry polishing system,

ULTRAFLOR® we are able to provide greater

accountability with our wet polishing process,

SILEX® SYSTEM which utilizes a scientific approach

that produces fully refined floors to their maximum potential while also creating repeatable and

quantifiable results. By taking this approach we are able to provide a way to describe the exact

means-and-methods to produce the floors the Architects or Owners ask for in the first place while

also providing exact specifications that are consistent and always a cut above industry standards.

When you choose Diamatic® Silex® we are fully committed to innovation, growth, and a complete

system approach. Our goal is to become the most trusted and utilized concrete polishing system

providing the hardest densified, quantifiable and repeatable floors in the industry.

The Diamatic® team has designed and manufactured the VELOX® Ride-On Polishing

Machine to be one of the best on the market. A high-production, high-performance

wet polishing machine for large commercial and retail floors. The VELOX® is an 8-foot,

hydraulic assisted steering, ride-on polishing machine engineered with a true active

planetary drive design. With 10 grinding heads that hold a total of 40 diamond tools

the VELOX® is truly a high-productivity machine. Savings of up to 90% can be expected

with production rates of 10,000 sq. ft. per day minimum. When compared to traditional

mechanical polishing methods the VELOX® quickly becomes the most cost effective

method of polishing. More square footage, same grind and polish process, but less

equipment and less working hours for project completion.

that have been applied by approved certified applicators. The polished

surface will remain hardened, abrasion resistant, and dust proof 20-years

from the commencing date the floor was installed. The warranty only

applies to structurally sound concrete surfaces. There are many mitigating

factors that may possibly void the warranty and your Diamatic Management Services Consultant will

outline the warranty in more detail.
