Digital D-backs is an exclusive portal inside Chase Field that gives fans immediate access to D-backs game replays, team information, ballpark features, and much more. Any fan with a Wi-Fi enabled device, such as a smartphone or tablet, can access the portal free of charge.

TO CONNECT TO DIGITAL D-BACKSEach smartphone will have a slightly different process for connecting to Wi-Fi. If you are unsure where to start, your cell phone provider should be able to help. Once you’ve accessed your Wi-Fi connection options, select the AT&T Wi-Fi network named “attwifi” then use your phone’s web browser to navigate to digitaldbacks.com.

NAVIGATING THROUGH DIGITAL D-BACKSFrom the home page, you’ll find the following features:

• Plays – find an inning-by-inning text recap of each play

• Videos – see D-backs replays, including those that league rules don’t allow inside the ballpark

Is Digital D-backs/AT&T Wi-Fi free?Yes! The AT&T Wi-Fi network and the Digital D-backs portal are available inside the ballpark at no cost.

Can I access the portal from my home or anywhere outside of Chase Field?No. Digital D-backs is available only inside Chase Field.

How do I know if I have a Wi-Fi enabled phone?Your cell phone provider should be able to tell you if your particular phone is Wi-Fi capable.

Which Wi-Fi network should I connect to?Connect to the AT&T Wi-Fi network named attwifi. After connecting, be sure to click the “accept” button to agree to the terms andconditions.

I have logged onto AT&T Wi-Fi, now what do I do?Use your phone’s Internet browser to connect to digitaldbacks.com.

Can I surf the Internet using the AT&T Wi-Fi connection?Yes. Using the AT&T Wi-Fi connection rather than a typical Internet connection actually eliminates any issues with low signal strength and enhances download speeds.

How many Wi-Fi access points are there at Chase Field?AT&T has installed 278 access points throughout the ballpark to ensure maximum coverage.

Can I use Digital D-backs to “Check In” at Chase Field?No, although a Check In feature is available through MLB At Bat 12 or the free MLB At Bat 12 Lite application.

Will new features be added to the portal in the future?Yes. The D-backs will continually be looking for ways to enhance the fan experience by adding new features and functionality to digitaldbacks.com.
