Customer Service In The Age of Internet Page 14
Customer service traditionally mean a one-on-one interaction with the clients to solve problems. But nowadays, this system has a lesser impact and cost more money and time spent in solving problems instead of preventing it to happen. For small business owners, it is imperative to check how customers want to get convenience and easy access for their daily activities.

Celebrate Your Mother’s DedicationThis Sunday is Mother’s Day and while I know all of you have already figured out how to celebrate the mother in your life. Being a mother is worth cel-ebrating. Motherhood is the most complicated pro-fession ever that does not need any educational background. But it needs qualities that will make her the most role model of everyone especially her children. Mother is the most saintly person of unmatched giving, patient, faithful and prayerful woman who knows her life’s work is to be a wife and a mother.
Motherhood is a full time job and one of the most exhausting jobs there is. But it doesn’t mean we get given a get-out-of-marriage for free‟ card un-til your kids have left the house. We have to con-tinue to maintain a healthy marriage throughout motherhood. Having a healthy marriage will create a healthy family and a healthy “you” as a mother. When there’s insecurity, resentment or dissatisfac-tion in our marriage it reflects in the whole family.
The “heart” of the family is what she is, who always at the side of the “head” of the family. She assume the post whenever the father goes out to earn a liv-ing. She always understand that her
children are not perfect but should not tolerate their whims and caprices. Our mothers cannot whine or complain when things get tough. She is always ready to give a helping hand to every member of the family.
Giving tribute to all the mothers is a must to show our respect, love and care to-wards our mothers and to honor her for everything she done for us and the soci-ety.

Tips For Magazine Advertising
• A centerfold ad attracts about one-quarter more than a one-page ad.
• A full-page ad attracts one-third more readers than a half-page ad.
• Customers respond better to illustrations or photos showing the product in use rather than those that show the product it’s self.
• Ads with people in them attract more attention than those without.
Customer service traditionally mean a one-on-one interaction with the clients to solve prob-lems. But nowadays, this system has a lesser impact and cost more money and time spent in solving problems instead of preventing it to happen. For small business owners, it is impera-tive to check how customers want to get convenience and easy access for their daily activities. Customers expect faster processing, they want quicker responses to their inquiries and they are becoming accustomed to a more personal and more frequent attention.
In the presence of internet, Customer service turned out to be different. It enables custom-ers to access Frequently Ask Questions (FAQs), chat online with support staff, trade with one another via message boards and lot more. One of the most popular right now is the online customer service because very few customers these days have less patience to wait on the phone, especially since they are often put on hold. It gives businesses a low or no cost way to communicate faster and more frequently with their customers. The more and better attention and time you give, the more responsive they will be to your offers.
As small business owners, it is our responsibility on how to implement new cutting edge strat-egies to improve customer service in a digital age. As we move from traditional forms of cus-tomer service into the Age of the Internet we should embrace innovation and technology in order to better serve our customers. Customer service is key for the success of any business, without customers you have no business. Addressing customers issues and resolving them quickly will insure you that they will become a longtime customer and return to business with you. There are many ways you can improve your customer service digitally, and provide con-venience to your customers. Creating your own website with live chat support and feedback/comment features is one of the best thing to invest when you are determined to improve cus-tomer service.
