High accuracyAccuracy is particularly important whenmeasuring flow and pressure so that you canmake the correct decision, whether you are

testing at 30 or 300 lpm, at 40 or 400bar. This is why the DHMincorporates a 12 bitmicro-processor with thelatest softwarelinearisation to provideflow accuracy of 1%(IR) and pressureaccuracy of 0.5% (FS).The DHM will evencapture shortpressure spikes, asit has a sample rateof 1 ms.

Bright LCD screenThe 4 x 12 cm screen has a wideviewing angle and can display 4measurements simultaneously eachwith a 9mm letter height. Screencontrast can easily be adjusted using+/- buttons to aid viewing both indoorsand outdoors

Safety disc storageThere is an integral storage compartment forspare safety discs at the back of the tester, toensure they are always available should youever need them.

The DHM '3' series can simultaneouslymeasure flow, pressure, peak pressure andtemperature.

Benefits of TestingThe Webster hydraulic tester enables you toquickly pinpoint which component ismalfunctioning and causing poor systemperformance. The problem could be internalleakage in the pump, motor or valve.

Measuring only the pressure means youcan correctly set each valve and ensure thatthe machine is not being over-loaded.However you will need a flow meter toidentify the suspect components.

Using a Webster tester youcan quickly test a machine toidentify a problem, thuseliminating guesswork. Aftercompletion of the repair you caneasily re-test the machine.

The loading valve allows you tosimulate the working conditionswhile in the workshop, making it fareasier to run a test as you don't needto operate all the machine's functions.

Simple Push Button ControlThe intuitive front panel design makes the DHM '3' series easyto use enabling you to (1) toggle between three displayscreens, (2) switch between measuring temperature andpower, (3) clear pressure peaks and (4) changeengineering units.

Battery PoweredAll digital series testers arepowered by a standard 9 Voltbattery. An AUTO-OFF featureturns the tester off when not in use,saving battery life.

Unique “INTERPASS”ProtectionComplete safety

Bi-Directional safety discs are built into the loadvalve. In the event of excess pressure in the hydraulic circuit, the discsrupture and oil is internally bypassed back to the tank, a feature unique toWebster testers. “INTERPASS” protects the hydraulic tester from beingdamaged as well as preventing oil spilling into the environment and ontothe operator.

Bi-DirectionalLoad ValveA load valve allows you to simulatepressure on the hydraulic systemwithout the need to operate all themachine functions in the workshop.

The pressure balanced design assureslow handle effort and smoothoperation over the entire flow andpressure range in either flow direction.
