Terms & ConditionsNote: Training Centre (SITRAIN-Siemens Kalwa) & STE (SITRAIN Training Executor) are all centrally coordinated, monitored & controlled by Siemens-SITRAIN, Kalwa

1. Registration & booking of seats for all clients at all Training Centres & Courses will be made online via www.sitrain-learning.siemens.com/IN/en/content/Online-Training.do Contact number: 022 3966 3208 / Email id: customer.training.in@siemens.com.

2. Course fee to be paid in advance only after confirmation of seat. In the form of NEFT / Cheque drawn in favor of Siemens Limited & payable at Mumbai. All major Credit & Debit cards accepted.

3. Seats will be confirmed on first-come-first-serve basis due to limited availability.

4. Course timings are from 8.30 AM to 5.00 PM

5. Every attempt will be made to conduct courses as announced. Siemens, may in exceptional circumstances need to postpone or cancel a training and we shall notify you as soon as reasonably practicable of any such postponement or cancellation. We shall do our best to send timely communication in such situations.

6. As a result of any cancellation or postponement of any training session shall be limited to only the amount of fees paid for the training. Siemens will not be liable for any additional expenditure, loss or damages incurred by you as a result of such cancellation or postponement.

7. Please note that the course fee is exclusive of any taxes. GST at the current rate of 18% is applicable extra on the course fees. However any change in the Service tax rate / tax structure will be accordingly applied at actuals at the time of billing

8. All commercial transactions i.e. training order, payments etc. must be done through your nearest Siemens Regional Office as per your preferred payment mode.

9. Special subsidized rates of training courses are available for college students. For more information contact us on the below email id or phone number.

10. Holidays within the course period will be informed to the participant along with the respective course confirmations

11. Course structures of more than 8 days will not be conducted on weekends

12. Fees once paid are not returnable / refundable or transferable. Adjustments of dates will be considered on case basis.
