Classroom Guidelines

Late assignments: ONE GRADE will be deducted for every day an assignment is late, unless otherwise noted. Assignments will NOT be accepted after 3 school days past the due date and a grade of zero will be given.**Days that we do not meet in the rotation still count as a day…IF YOU ARE IN SCHOOL YOU CAN FIND ME TO TURN IN AN ASSIGNMENT** (mailbox, email, Edmodo, etc.)

Assessments: Assessments will be in project form. There will be individual projects as well as partner projects.

Absences: According to school policy, you will have 2 days for every day that you were out to make up work that was assigned while you were out. Failure to do so will result in a zero. Exceptions can be made for extraordinary circumstances, but you need to speak with me about it first. If you are absent the day before a test and NO new material was taught on the day you missed, you will be expected to take the test the day you return to school. Review sheets are always posted on Edmodo.

Equipment: It is expected that you treat all equip-ment in this room with care, concern and respect!!! If you found to be doing anything to the contrary, discipline action will occur.

Extra Help: My door is ALWAYS open to students. However, please try to make an appointment with me. Before school and after school are appropriate times to speak to me individually regarding extra help or questions regarding grades, not during class time.
