First one is called standalone solution, which just need to copy the media file in the memory card (CF/MicroDrive/SD/ MS/SM/MMC), then plug in to the Media Player, it will start to play. The other is called Network player series, which provides management software (MSO series) for editing playlist, schedule, and media file, then to transfer the Network player through the Ethernet. What is OPS?The Open Pluggable Specification was created by Intel® to address fragmentation in the digital signage market and simplify device installation, use, maintenance and upgrades. It involves the integration concept of a Pluggable Module into the display panel thru a single and standard interfacing based on the 80 pin JAE plug and receptacle connectors.

Why OPS Solution?Nowadays, more and more applications need all-in-one solution to make the system looks compact and saving space. In traditional way, most manufactures combine panel and MB or other main board to form an All-In-One solution. OPS solution digital signage intends to separate panel and system, makes them as independent modules to increase scalability and reliability.

Intel’s OPS (Open Pluggable Specification) offer a universal, embedded interface which can link external media players with a large video display, thus providing users with integration of their signage and conferencing applications. Standalone Player Basic Features

When a moving object is detected by motion sensor, the Digital Signage System will either turn on the LCD backlight or boot up the system. At this moment, a clock starts to count down. If no moving object is detected in a pre-defined period of time, the Digital Signage System will either turn off the LCD backlight or shut down until a moving object is detected again.

We have noticed the trend of interactive digital signage in the market, therefore we integrated current media player series into touchable interface, and we named it as MPC500BT. MPC300BT is available as Box with a terminal block to easily screw the push button cables on it and RS232 Interface to connect to any RS232 output touch screen. This electrical device comes with the configuration Software MPO Touch (Media Player Organizer) which is very easy to use and allows you in 3 steps to like the picture shows below which configures the MPC500BT box. It's a very easy to use Standalone Kiosk Solution, and simply by changing the Storage Device (CF card, SD, or USB) you can update the content and interactivity.
