LBA purchased The Esplanade in December of 2015 with a vision of creating a “collection” of some of the best restaurants and ameni-ties for office and residential tenants in Camelback Corridor trade area.

Originally built in the early 90’s, LBA envisioned taking what has consistently been the predominant office location in the state of Arizona to the next level with renovations of $12 million. These reno-vations will include the modernization of interior and exterior com-mon areas, making The Esplanade a premier location for communities and visitors to work and dine.
