WHERE:• Dig site located near Newcastle, Wyoming• Nearest major airport is RAP–Rapid City, South Dakota (pick-up from RAP is available)

WHEN:• June 4–July 3, 2014• The course, GEOL240 “The Dinosaurs,” is a four-week college credit course.• Professional development courses are three-weeks. Other participants are welcome to stay any length of time during the dig (costs vary).

DISCOVER• Hands-on discovery and excavation of di-nosaur bones. Primarily Hadrosaurs and an occasional Triceratops, T. Rex and others. • Work with cutting-edge technology that measures the positions of bones in three di-mensions. • Enjoy evening lectures in a casual setting on paleontology, biology of dinosaurs, geology, taphonomy, origins and other mysteries of Earth’s past.• Visit historical monuments and other fasci-nating areas that will enrich your knowledge and bring variety to your experience.
