Foreword 5

BISHOP ALAN’S FOREWORD

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

The Church has been shaken over the last few months by the shocking and distressingrevelations of historic abuse of children and vulnerable people by members of the laity, deacons, priests, religious, bishops and cardinals. We know too, that some bishops, andother leaders, failed to respond adequately to accusations made against clergy in theirdiocese.

Since 2001, the Catholic Church in England and Wales has adopted robust procedures inorder to begin to rebuild trust. The bishops no longer oversee these matters. Every dio-cese has an Independent Safeguarding Commission and suspected criminal behaviourmust be reported to the statutory authorities.

I want to express my gratitude to ourDiocesan Safeguarding Co-Ordinator,Mick Thurley, and to all those who workso hard in our Diocese to make surethat our parishes, our communities andour schools are safe places for all, andespecially the most vulnerable.

In solidarity with Pope Francis and myfellow bishops, I want first to express mydeep sorrow for the hurt and damagethat has been caused to the victim-sur-vivors of abuse.

I am sorry that you have been made tocarry this burden because of the failuresof some of our clergy and lay people.

Together with the other bishops, I willmake time to listen to those who wish tospeak with me about the abuse thatthey have suffered. Our Co-Ordinator forSafeguarding in the Diocese will helpme facilitate this.

Second, I know that this will have tested the faith of many people. And that includes thevast majority of our committed lay faithful and the good clergy and bishops who serve sofaithfully in their ministry and who all carry the failures of their colleagues with a heavyheart. Please be assured of my heartfelt concern and prayers for you all at this time.

How will it be possible to continue to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ, which is whatwe are all called to do?

The bishops of England and Wales have recently returned from the Ad Limina visit toRome. At the heart of this week, during which we met with the officials of the Curia todiscuss every aspect of the life and mission of our dioceses, we had an audience with ourHoly Father, Pope Francis. He asked us to open our hearts to him about the challengesand the joys of our ministry as bishops. He responded to each one of us with sensitivity

and encouragement.

We asked him for a message that we could bring back for our priests, religious andpeople at this challenging time.

His message was simple: we must keep our eyes fixed on Jesus Christ and remain faith-ful. We must pray with a greater intensity. And, we must live out our faith with a greater joy– the joy of knowing that Jesus is with us, the joy of knowing the presence of the HolySpirit is at work in our lives drawing and guiding us to the will of God, the joy of knowingthat our heavenly Father is longing to embrace us all with his loving mercy. For joy is thesource of lasting peace in our hearts.

Let us pray for one another!

Rt Rev Alan Hopes, Bishop of East Anglia

I am most grateful to those who have played any part in the publication of this Year Book. Itis a record of the ongoing mission of our diocese.

Catholic Certificate in Religious Studies (CCRS) The Catholic Certificate in Religious Studies (CCRS) is managed and awarded by theBoard of Religious Studies on behalf of the Bishops' Conference of England and Wales. Itwas introduced in 1991 to replace its predecessors, The Catholic Teachers’ Certificateand the Certificate in Religious Education. Any person who is or wishes to be involved inCatholic education and formation may apply for this course. This includes those involvedin Religious Education in schools, Parish Catechesis and other ministries in the Churchand anyone who wishes to follow the course for faith development or personal interest. The course seeks to ensure that participants have at least a basic knowledge and understanding of the beliefs of the Catholic Faith. It also provides a basis for further study.

The course was revised in 1992. It is designed for teachers in Catholic schools; that theymay have a basic understanding of the Church, its teaching and way of life to enablethem to contribute to the maintenance of the ethos of the Catholic school. It is also forcatechists in order to give them a basic understanding of the faith of the Catholic Churchas a foundation for their catechetical ministry, and for adult members of the Church to enable them to continue to grow in understanding as they live their Catholic faith.Contact: CCRS Registrar, Catholic Education Service, 39 Eccleston Square, London

Bringing good news to the poorCaritas East Anglia has been relaunched with a new team and acommitment to support the poor across the Diocese of East Angliathrough parish projects and helping individuals in crisis. Adminis-trator Val Clark explains how the St Edmunds Fund and Alive inFaith social outreach funds have been used over the past year.

St Edmunds Fund The old St Edmunds Fund retains its individual identity and accounting but is now sub-sumed broadly into Caritas East Anglia and deals with emergency grant applicationsfrom families or individuals in need but it also considers support for young people wishingto explore a third world project in their gap years or long vacations.

All applications come from either the parish or professionals working with the individualswho endorse them to the parish priest. Over the past year we have supported essentialmaintenance for families and individuals facing homelessness or job losses resulting inrent arrears whilst they await the support of statutory agencies.

Other couples have been dealing with the sudden onset of a terminal illness and loss ofan income requiring some immediate support whilst they re-order their lives. We havealso funded air fares to Italy when the death of a parent abroad left relatives without themoney to travel to a funeral and an overnight hotel accommodation plus train fares for acouple from Hungary who became stranded.

We have become very aware that the trimming of statutory budgets have left people in cri-sis with no recourse to meet immediate needs for food and warmth and that is both un-likely to change and more likely to escalate.

We normally turn these grant requests around within a week. The usual practice is toagree (or not) within 48 hours and the parish is asked to provide the funds to the recipientwhere there is urgency with reimbursement from the St Edmunds Fund.

Several young people have undertaken to work on projects in Ecuador, Africa and Ja-maica. All have been raising money for their air fares and maintenance and parishes havealso been supportive, but such ventures normally require raising about £2000 which isoften beyond both family and parish means. The Catenians have also offered support forthese projects and in the future we will direct young people to such alternative fundingstreams as well. In a similar vein we have enabled a young woman with no supportivefamily to kit herself out to enter army training.

Finally we have supported the Diocesan Lourdes pilgrimage and a small number of indi-viduals who were unable to afford the full cost and for whom the pilgrimage was importantat this stage in their lives. Each individual application was validated by their parish priest

Alive in FaithThe Alive in Faith social outreach stream has made possible two substantial grants of upto £10,000 to enable a parish to carry out a particular social outreach project. Firstly toHaverhill – see the picture story.

The second grant of £10,000 went to Emmaus which has established a centre in Ditch-ingham to assist ex-offenders and recovering addicts with their rehabilitation and future

engagement in the work place.

A smaller grant of £2,500 was made available to a Great Yarmouth night shelter for thehomeless during the winter months and another smaller grant supported the Social Jus-tice conference held in Norwich in January at which Bishop Alan was a speaker.

Applications for such substantial grants is robust and can take a couple of months. Appli-cations - which must be endorsed by the parish priest - are normally a one-off. After seed-funding a project, we anticipate that successful projects will become self-supporting.

St Francis said ‘preach the gospel, use words if necessary’! I think this could well be themotto and charism of Caritas East Anglia and is very much in accord with Pope Francis'thinking.

Case study – Haverhill Reach Community ProjectsA £10,000 Alive in Faith grant was made to the Reach Community Projects ecumenicalgroup specifically to enable community outreach workers to address issues associatedwith rural poverty, providing home visits to isolated individuals in need of help with formfilling etc.

Reach Projects Director, Henry Wilson, said: “Partly due to the Alive in Faith funding weappointed two advisors cover an area within a 10-12 radius of Haverhill with the aim oftackling rural poverty. Tina covers the South Cambs area and Jo the Suffolk area. Therehave been some great outcomes for families that we would not have been able to reachtwo years ago. But we recognise that we are, in effect, only scratching the surface.”

Nicola's story: Outreach advisor Jo has been helping a family with a two-year-old child ina village near Clare. They are both working but have ‘zero-hours’ contracts and have gotbehind on rent and council tax. Fortunately, Jo was able to take a box of food and top uptheir electric meter with client aid and then set up affordable repayments to try and helpthis young family through a difficult period in their lives.

They are not ‘out of the woods’ by any means, but Jo received a text from them recentlysaying “thank you… that will help us so much and when we're more stable… we can do-nate and give back and help someone else in financial difficulties.”

Outreach worker Jo, left, with Nicola and her child.

54 Vocations

VOCATIONSIn June, three seminarians of the Diocese of East Anglia were or-dained as deacons in Rome during Mass at St Paul's-outside-the-Walls Basilica. Here are their vocation stories.

Alan Hodgson

Born in Cape Town, South Africa, Alan Hodgson became an aircraft fitter when he wasinspired by a group of Redemptorist priests who held a parish mission and whom hejoined briefly. He moved to the UK and worked his way up to becoming a successful Op-erations Manager for Gatwick Airport but felt there was still a gap in his life.

“One evening, I was involved in a traumatic event on the way home from work which reallyled me to take stock of my life and to begin to search to fill the gap,” said Alan. “I found solacein front of the Blessed Sacrament and it was there that I realised that the call to priesthood, which I had buried for so long, was still there and yelling to get out.”

He met Bishop Alan and was allowed to work in the parish of Bury St Edmunds under thecare of Canon Mark Hackeson before enrolling at the Beda College.

“When I look back at my life, at the young boy in South Africa who approached the Redemp-torists in order to fulfil his dream and God’s call to be a priest, I cannot believe that I havefinally made it to ordination and that God has been so generous to me,” said Alan.

Mike Brookes

Mike Brookes was raised in an Anglican family with a strong sense of offering serviceto others, and after university followed a career in psychiatric nursing. He was receivedinto the Catholic Church in 1991 and later spent four years with a religious order beforediscerning that his future did not lie there.

Vocations 55

“After leaving I felt a strong sense that God was guiding me towards the discernment ofdiocesan priesthood, a vocation which I had not previously considered,” said Mike. “My lovefor East Anglia centres on both its natural beauty and my strong devotion to Our Lady ofWalsingham, and so I began my application to the diocese in early 2014, and for three yearsnow my time has been split between St Marks Ipswich and the Beda College.

“Having, with God’s help, reached this milestone of ordination, I wish to express my gratitudeto Bishop Alan, to the people and clergy of East Anglia, and to the family and friends whohave nurtured my vocation, and I look forward to serving the people of the diocese in timestill to come.”

Paul Spellman

Paul Spellman is linked with Our Lady and St Joseph in Sheringham.

“My time at the Pontifical Beda College has been one of immense personal growth,” he said.“One that has required me to listen more closely, like Elijah was asked to do, to the whisperof God’s voice and to bend my ear to hear what it is God is asking of me.

“Living in community has helped me to see the richness and value that it offers both to theindividual as well as the group as a whole. I believe strongly that this is a true reflection ofChrist in our world and why Jesus wants us all to be people who share our lives with thosearound us.

“My experience on pastoral placement in Palestine last summer further challenged thatsense of community, especially in light of the daily experience the Palestinian people I waswith have. “Jesus asks us all to give up things for the benefit of others, and as I approachbeing ordained a Deacon, I continue to reflect on how I can best be of service to those whoneed me to be just that…a servant of and for Christ.”

Vocations – Br Kes WatsonNorfolk-raised Kes Watson has recently made his First Professioninto the Order of Friars Minor after spending time in a Novitiate inWisconsin, USA. This is his vocation story.

Born inLithuania, buthaving lived inNorfolk with hisfamily since theage of six, Kes(now aged 25)often travelledback to hismother’s home-land where hemet theLithuanian Fri-ars of StCasimirProvince. Wit-nessing theirGospel way oflife and spiritu-ality he first feltinspired to con-sider becoming aFriar, too.

Prior to joining the Friars of the UK Immaculate Conception Custody, Kes worked in acare home in his native Norfolk. In 2015, he entered the postulancy in Killarney, Ireland, with four other candidates and a year later travelled to the States for his novitiate atBurlington in the USA’s Mid West.

He lived in a small community with 13 novices and three friars for the next 12 months.“I was involved with St Ben’s and the House of Peace, two organisations which workedwith the local African-American communities,” said Kes. “One was a food pantry supplyingthe needs of those who struggled paying bills and needed a helping hand. The serviceswe offered there were varied: medical care, clothing, food supplies, housing assistance, counselling, spiritual support and just a friendly person to talk to.

“The other site I helped out in was a greeting centre for the homeless. Welcoming theguests and helping in any way that we could, from medicine vouchers, clothing, showers, hygiene bags, birth certificates, out of state bus tickets for people stranded and simplybeing there for the guests in times of difficulty.

“My time in the Novitiate allowed me to take a step back and through prayer, communityand working with the most vulnerable to challenge some of my opinions about how I lookat the world and myself. It has given me some tools to continue doing my interior workand to respond to the world around me and to the people of God, which is every livingperson.”

Vocations – Fr Gregory PearsonNorfolk-born Fr Gregory Pearson OP is an assistant priest at StDominic’s, London. Here is his vocation story.

Born and raised in ruralNorfolk, it was as a teenagerat boarding school that I be-came drawn towards theCatholic faith (I had beenbrought up in the Church ofEngland).

The need to defend and ex-plain my Christian beliefs, tomyself as much as to mysceptical peers, in the light ofthe challenges and questionsthey raised, led me to dis-cover the beauty and coher-ence of the Catholic doctrinal vision.

So eventually, just before I finished school, I was received into the Church.

At university in Cambridge, the Catholic chaplaincy, Fisher House, proved a wonderfulplace not only to learn to think more deeply about the Faith but also to live it out as part ofa genuine Christian community. It was also a place where vocation was something naturalto talk about: here was a bunch of young people looking to the future and asking them-selves how they could best live out their faith. As well as a fair few weddings within thechaplaincy fold, there were several examples of people entering the seminary or religiouslife, not least the Dominican novitiate which happens to be in Cambridge.

The same thing which had led me to the Church – seeking to present an intelligible ac-count of Christian belief – was, I discovered, at the heart of the Dominican vocation, grounded in a common life of prayer and a commitment to study, and with preaching in itsbroadest sense as the Order’s work (hence the name, Order of Preachers): this seemedto me the best way I could put myself at the Lord’s service.

Today, 11 years since entering the novitiate and five years since I was ordained priest, itstill does.

Vocations – Fr Joseph WelchFr Joseph Welch talks about his vocation as a Priest of the Oratoryof St Philip Neri in Oxford.

Born and brought up inthe parish of Our Lady &St Walstan, Costessey, Ihad thought first to be-come a priest for the dio-cese. Indeed, I studied atOscott for two years soonafter ‘A’ levels.

However, I was not yetready for all that thiswould entail and leavingseminary I turned toteaching instead. Manyyears later – and, follow-ing a serious relationshipwith a non-Catholic girl, knowing that were I everto marry I could not bringup any children except inthe Faith – my thoughtsturned once more to ex-amining just how muchmy faith meant to me.

By this time a new Ora-tory had been establishedand, having remained intouch with the three Fa-thers from the Birming-ham Oratory who hadmoved to Oxford, I beganto make a number of visits. Slowly, my sense of vocation was re-ignited and, deeply moved by the beauty of theliturgy that truly lifted heart and mind to God, and being humbled by the sight of priestsnot just hearing Confessions but going to Confession themselves, I began to explore whatit was that the sixteenth century Apostle of Rome, St Philip Neri, had bequeathed to theChurch.

Members of this congregation of secular priests live in community without vows, beingbound to each other simply by the bond of fraternal charity. Without the scaffolding ofsolemn vows we have only our love for each other to persuade us to persevere whenthings get tough, as happens in any set of relationships from time to time.

But the “saint of gentleness and kindness,” as Blessed John Henry Newman called ourfounder, remains a constant inspiration, and striving to become more like Christ after themodel of St Philip can bring that interior peace which so many seek, but fail to find.

Fr Emmanuel Sullivan (1927-2017)

Fr Emmanuel Sullivan SA, who served in the Diocese of East Anglia for anumber of years, has died aged 91. Friend Nicky Murphy from Redhillpays tribute.

Born in 1927, in Upper New York State,USA, Fr Emmanuel entered the commu-nity of Franciscan Friars of the Atone-ment, at Graymoor, Garrison, NY, whenhe was 15; professing his Final Vows in1952 and being ordained to the priest-hood in 1955.

He achieved a PhD from Catholic Univer-sity USA, and taught as Professor ofPhilosophy at St Joseph's Friary inSaranac Lake, and later at St Pius XSeminary, Graymoor. He undertook pas-toral work in British Columbia andMassachusetts, and was appointed Ecu-menical Director at St Francis Friary inLondon from 1968 to 1974.

From 1974 to 1977, he was a part of theEcumenical Community at Hengrave Hall,Bury St Edmunds, and visiting scholar atSt Edmunds House of Studies at Cam-bridge in the late 70s.

In 1983, Fr Emmanuel returned to New York to assume the role of Director of The Gray-moor Ecumenical Institute until 1989. He then served as Director of the ChristianEducation Centre in Crawley, for one year, and after a period of sabbatical leave, wasappointed in 1991 as Diocesan Ecumenical Officer for the Diocese of Arundel & Brighton,by the then Bishop Cormac Murphy O'Connor. During this time he served as Priest inResidence at St. Joseph's, Dorking, with parish priests Fr Martin Thompson and later, FrMatt McInerney, and was actively involved in parish life.

He retired from active ministry in 1999 and returned to Graymoor serving on the Commu-nity Ecumenical Committee from 2002 until 2007. He received the FranciscanPeacemaker Award in 2007.

Though a scholar and writer, Fr Emmanuel was humble by nature. For him, people camefirst, and while a man of gravitas, there was often a twinkle in his eye. During his life heworked ecumenically at strategic and grass roots level. His message to different denomi-nations and faiths was “Do what you can do together while respecting each other'sdifferences", but he also knew that the best way towards Christian unity was to work fromthe top down.

His order, the Franciscan Friars of the Atonement, continue to work to facilitate Christianreconciliation and renewal, and also interreligious dialogue.

Fr Emmanuel died on December 19, 2017.

Fr Gordon Cordy (1930-2018)

Fr Gordon Cordy, who had the unique distinction of being ordained inboth of Norwich’s cathedrals, died peacefully on January 21 at the age of88. Fr Michael Johnstone paid tribute in his homily at a Requiem Mass atSt John’s Cathedral on Friday, February 16.

From almost his earliest days, Gordon was enfolded in the Christian faith. From hisearliest days of schooling at the age of eight at Norwich School – hard by the AnglicanCathedral – it would have been difficult for Gordon not to have been deeply influenced bythe faith it represents, stands for and proclaims.

But it doesn’t just stand there as a presence – or witness – it is also the de facto SchoolChapel; and it is the place, where Gordon learnt to pray and to believe. Together withthat – and the encouragement of a Catholic-influenced chaplain – the impression madeon him must have been soul-forming.

Not that school, and Norwich’s Anglican Cathedral, were the only influences on Gordon’sincipient spirituality. For the whole of his family – living in nearby Hingham – were regu-

lars at services in the Anglican Parish Church, where elements of Catholic theology werealso preached.

There Gordon became deeply involved – as server, choir boy, Lay Reader – and even –when the elderly organist went absent-without-leave – the substitute organist.

In both places, he learnt of the promises that faith in Christ brought with it. These beliefswould stay deep in Gordon all his life.

So Gordon was brought up imbibing the richness of our faith, and knowledge of God’s intimate love for him personally.

And these influences went very deep into Gordon, leading in due course, when already inhis early 30s, for him to believe he was called to full, rather than simply part-time, ministryin the Church of England. And thus he set off for three years of theological study.

He cannot have found it easy after more than 10 years away from school – and with ayoung wife and children – to return to academic work. He had already lived with God inhis life.

But the call to serve Him full-time to the end of his days, with all his energy, overcamewhatever insecurity he may have felt at transferring to full-time study, and ultimately beingan ordained minister in the service of his Lord. For he had found that his soul was thirst-ing for God.

So in his mid-30s he was ordained in the very cathedral that had been his school chapel, first as deacon and a year later as priest.

After a brief stint in Norfolk, he was drawn away for many years to parishes in Gloucester-shire and Hertfordshire. Distance from the area in which he had his deep roots must havebeen difficult both for him and for his wife Mary.

However, even after their return to their roots in Norfolk – life was to become a deeperchallenge for Gordon. First, there was the wrench from their well-established position inthe Church of England, and the decision to be received and ordained into the CatholicChurch at the age of nearly 70 – but it was a step that with his deeply-formed consciencehe and Mary knew they had to take.

This, however, was only the prelude to an even more testing challenge. For it was notlong after that that Parkinson’s disease attacked Gordon.

What a trial those long years of pain and suffering, of occasional renewed hope, and thengradual worsening of his condition, were for both Gordon and Mary. But they knew thatnothing could come between them and the love of Christ. And, I’m sure, that Gordon ac-cepted that trial fully and faithfully.

As a child, as a youth, as a young man – as in old age, Gordon accepted God’s will forhim. And his faith did not fail.

Gordon’s faith, nurtured throughout his youth, maintained and strengthened in middleage, remained strong through great trial, and to the end.

Fr Gordon was husband to Mary for 66 years and much loved by sons Colin, Timothyand Julian, daughters-in-law, eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

If you have a relative or a friend or are being admitted to hospital, please ensure that youindicate that you or they are a Catholic, and also would like the Catholic Chaplain to be informed of your presence in hospital. Otherwise, the Catholic Chaplain will not know thata Catholic patient is in the hospital. The secular authorities are not permitted to tell theChurch if a patient is Catholic, and, according to secular rules and regulations, chaplainsand parish priests are not permitted to communicate with one another regarding yourpresence in hospital without your permission. It is also good practice to inform hospitalstaff that you would like receive visitors, as some hospitals will not permit visitors who arenot close family without prior permission from the patient.

Please inform: The hospital chaplain Your parish priest The nursing staff at the hospital upon arrival

Notes to the Accounts1. The Diocese of East Anglia is not wealthy. It has limited reserves or investments of itsown, receives relatively small amounts through legacies and donations and has no meansof raising income other than from its parishes. This it does by levying charges or quotasbased as a percentage of parish offertory collections. The income which it receives isused to pay for the organisation and administration of all Diocesan activities, for the re-pairs and adaptations to its schools, for the training of future Diocesan priests and for allthose services which are given to parishes without charge. Comments on some of theseDiocesan activities, which are highlighted in the SOFA under “General Funds”, “Desig-nated Funds”, or “Parochial Funds”, are included below.

2. The activities of the Diocese are largely undertaken through its parishes. Of the overalldiocesan finances, parishes account for over 83% of income and approximately 71% ofexpenditure with some 70% of the Diocesan charity’s net assets being held at parochiallevel. The work of the parishes involves amongst other things the pastoral care of theRoman Catholic and general community of the parish and maintenance and upkeep ofplaces of worship.

3. An ongoing fund-raising campaign has been undertaken since February 2015. Thishas four primary aims to provide funding for the following:

Financial Report 127

Training of future priests Support of retired clergy Special parish projects Social outreach

Up to the year ending on 31 December 2017 the project had raised £1,930,031, net of ex-penditure on Parish Projects and Social Outreach grants. Total fundraising costs overthe 5 years are expected to be around 12% of the amount raised.

4. At 31 December 2017 the Diocese's reserves stood at £30.93m. Of this, £2.4m is re-stricted to particular uses and £4.4m has been designated by the Trustees for certainspecific purposes.

5. Of the remaining reserves parochial funds amount to £20.75m of which £14.91m isrepresented by fixed assets in the form of churches and other property which are requiredfor the purposes of the Diocese and could not be realised without undermining its work. This leaves free parochial reserves of £5.84m which represents between 1 - 2 year's totalparochial expenditure and levy charges. This level of reserves is considered necessary bythe Trustees to enable the parishes to conduct their work in an orderly and efficient man-ner as well as providing income through investments to supplement the amounts receivedby donations.

6. General reserves amount to £3.31m of which £0.68m is represented by fixed assetsleaving free reserves of £2.13m. This is considered necessary in order for the Diocese tocontinue supporting and advising the parishes. The Trustees aim to maintain the Dio-cese's overall free reserves at least at the present level to continue to provide the supportnecessary for the Diocese to fulfil its objects.

SECULAR FRANCISCAN ORDER – EAST ANGLIAN REGIONSecular Franciscans – are a fraternity of Catholic lay men and women, and diocesanclergy. We know it is impossible to fall out of God’s love. Our brokenness and sin can keepus from growing but we cannot stop God from loving us. The exquisite tenderness ofGod’s love is revealed in the helplessness of a baby, the defencelessness of a crucifiedman, and the silence of the consecrated bread and wine on the altar. God approaches uswith such humility and leaves Himself open to rejection. With his whole heart St Francisunderstood that it is the manner of God’s coming to us as Jesus Christ that tells us theextent of his love for us.

At the heart of the Secular Franciscan Order is St Francis' call to lead the Gospel life.Secular Franciscans strive to live the Gospel in our lay state, gaining inspiration from theexample and writings of St Francis. We seek to deepen, in the light of faith, the values andchoices of life. We strive to lead lives of continuing conversion – through a life of penance, evangelical simple living, and prayer – supported by programmes of formation. Visitors toour meetings can be assured of a warm welcome. Further information about the SecularFranciscans is available on our National Fraternity website: www.ofsgb.org.
