    Food Drive

    It’s time again to help Salvation Army to fill their pantry. We will start collecting non perishable food this weekend thru August.. Thank you for your generosity, God Bless you and your family.

    Franciscan Mission Appeal

    The Conventual Franciscans would like to thank Rev. Roy Doner and the St. Thomas the Apostle Parish Community for the welcome extended to Friar Francisco Nahoe, OFM Conv on the occasion of his recent visit to you Parish. On behalf of our Franciscan Brothers in the Mission of Vietnam, we thank you for having share in their lives, their priestly formation and their service to the church in South East Asia. We Franciscans are humbled and blessed by your generosity.

    Liturgy Committee to Meet Next Week

    Father Gerome wants to meet with the Liturgy Committee next week, Wednesday July 19 at 1:30 in the afternoon. I hope most of you can come. He would like to meet us and get to know who does what. There is no agenda for this meeting, but a meet and greet with Fr. Gerome. There will be a business meeting scheduled at a later date. Let Rhonda know if you can make it thanks.

    Knights of Columbus Reno Trip

    Announcing this year’s Reno Bus Trip hosted by the Knights of Columbus. The trip is scheduled for Sat. August 26th. We will be departing from the old Wal-Mart parking lot behind Wendy’s at 8 am and return at 8 pm the same day. Unfortunately due to a large price increase for the bus we need to raise our ticket price to $50 per person. Money needs to be in by July 23rd deadline. Hope we will have enough interest to still be able to go to Reno and support our Scholarship Funds. For further information and/or tickets contact Jim Cupido @ 533-5599 or get them after Masses

    CLRS Rummage Sale is Coming

    The Catholic Ladies' Relief Society semi-annual Rummage Sale in Fitzgerald Hall is Saturday August 5, from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm and Sunday, August 6, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Donations will be gratefully accepted. We will provide you information as to drop off date and location. Please no computers, electronics, furniture or large appliances. Thank you for supporting us in our mission to serve those in our local community.

    RCIA Summer Series

    Join us for our RCIA Summer Series, where we journey through a comprehensive look at the RCIA Process over the course of 4 Saturdays. Presented by the Diocesan RCIA Committee, this Summer Series is designed for RCIA Coordinators, Team Members, Catechists, and all those who work with the process to deepen their understanding of the Rite itself, the preparation needed to implement the process in a parish and the Diocesan Guidelines for Implementation. Each Saturday can stand on its own, but individuals who attend all Saturdays will have explored all periods of the RCIA.
