1. Impact of the closure of “an”, a competitor service to Baitoru
(business activities at “an” were terminated on November 25, 2019)
・Sales of Baitoru increased in large part due to significant growth in sales through agents.
・In terms of direct sales, resources have been allocated on a priority basis to win former “an”customers, strengthen the customer base and increase sales going forward.(The contribution to sales in the 3rd quarter is limited, partly because some of the terminationcampaigns developed by “an” continued through till the middle of the third quarter.)
