The Diploma of Payroll Services is a NEW nationally recognized qualification under the government’s Financial Services Training Package. The Diploma finally recognises payroll services as a professional career.

The Diploma is a great opportunity for current payroll providers to formalise current skills and knowledge and gain the recognition they deserve. The Diploma is also beneficial for business owners, managers and admin personnel aiming to master the complexities of payroll, such as the essential accounting, procedural and legislative requirements necessary to perform and manage payroll effectively.

Alternate Elective Units The elective units must be relevant to the work environment and the qualification, maintain the integrity of the AQF alignment, and contribute to a valid industry-supported vocational outcome, and are to be chosen as follows:

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) RPL is an assessment process of identifying your knowledge

and skills against a qualification or a unit of competence.

Each student will be provided an explanation of the RPL process

Each student will be provided an opportunity to request RPL during consultation with your trainer.

Group 314 provides a ‘Guided RPL’ service.
