• Instructors can request software to be delivered to the students in the labs, classrooms or virtually– Virtual delivery may be done through the University Virtual

Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) if licensing allows– Request(s) must be in by at least one month prior to the end of

the preceding semester– Licensing, contracts and payment of software will need to be

negotiated well in advance, to be done by requesting instructor– Other than MS Office, Acrobat Reader and a multimedia player,
