GAME DAYS AND VBS
We are happy to announce that Game Days will be returning to Compass this summer
for children in 2nd-6th grade! It will run
from August 11th-14th each night from
6:00pm-8:30pm here at Compass! In addition, the same week, we will be having
Jungle Jaunt VBS for ages 3-6 here on the

Already, Connection Church has seen several
come to Christ and hundreds come to block parties in Spearfish, Belle Fourche, Lead/
Deadwood and Sturgis! We are joining them
through August 10th in daily prayer for their ministry. Here’s how you can join us:
Pray for the teams to be able share the
Gospel
• Pray for the teams to find people searching
for a church
• Pray for God to use the neighborhood
canvassing
• Pray for God to use the Block Parties
• Pray for the weekly worship services in
Spearfish and Belle Fourche
• Pray for the Pastor Search for Belle Fouche
and for the other churches that will be planted
in the future.
• Pray for the needed manpower and re-
sources for Spearfish, Belle Fourche, Sioux
Falls and future church plants.
• Pray that God would do more than we could

The Smokie Norful Live event will take place, Friday, August 2nd at University of Arkansas Community College at Batesville. Our very
own Compass Worship Team will be opening! Tickets are $10.00 in advance and $15.00 at
the door and are available to purchase here at Compass! Join us for this time of worship!

The CALL has a clothing closet in
Moorefield, near the Compass Campus. This
ministry, “Door to Door”, provides clothes and
other items free to foster families in our county. Each Saturday the closet is open for foster
parents to "shop" for needed items for the
children in their care. Volunteers are needed to help man this ministry each Saturday from 10:00
am - 2:00 pm. Please contact Carla
Middleton at 870-613-5845 to volunteer. As always, donations of new or gently used, clean
children’s clothing and shoes free of holes and
stains are welcomed!

Our Men’s Fellowship (The Quarterback Club) has
ended for the summer! They will begin meeting again

Several items have accumulated in our storage area off
of the kitchen. Baby items, dishes, travel mugs and
more have been placed in a box in the Compass
Welcome Center for you to claim.
COMPASSCADETS
There will be NO CompassCadets until the Fall Term
