STUDIO ROLES Story: They begin by initially developing their story ideas, with processes such as brain storming.They portray stories through a series of rough sketches, rather than written scripts, and therefore experience in artistry is needed. They produce several initial sketch scenes in basic form, then come up with the main gags, scenes and overall plot. Background Artists: Background artists have the largest responsibility in drawing the frames in the film and this can be a rather repetitive job, requirements of the job include experience, skilled artistry and have have experience in colour as the scenic effects is where a majority of the picture is present. Lay Out Artists: They usually draw scenes that create the overall direction of the film and produce initial complete scenes of animation while also analyzing the plot to insure a sure and consistent mood to the film. Caricaturists: The Caricaturists could be seen as having the most difficult job, their job contains a lot of significance since they are responsible for creating the characters which are vital in determining the overall films success. They generally handle drawing on-screen personalities in the early stages.

The Animator: Uses already existing images produced by the assistant animators and will then proceed to amend any necessary changes and attempt to improve the film. other aspects of the job include movement, mood of the film and continuity, as well as dramatizing the gestures, movement gags in real life with the director.

Assistant Animators: After the animators have finished doing the key scenes the assistant animators will then provide the secondary animations needed. The assistant animators will ultimately be responsible for the final animation. They adjusted the rough drawings from animators and create the final animation.

Inbetweeners: As the name suggests the Inbetweeners have an Inbetween job of the animator and assistant animator. They create initial movements in animation for the assistant animators.

The Director: They are responsible for producing regular updates to walt Disney and the studio. They over see tasks pursued on the motion picture. With detailed knowledge of each segment of the animation.
