Rationale: Containment minimizes the possibility of airborne or contact spread of microorganisms. 2. Push instrument tip through Easy Guide ‘Duck’™ capsule membrane. Pre-loaded 4zyme™ (low temp enzyme) cleaning solution begins immediate pre soaking.

1. Each ‘Duck Kit’™ contains 5 Distal Duck™ pre soakers with the easy guide for the point of use preparation of up to 5 Endowrist® Instruments.

Instructions For Use - Stage 1 Inserting instrument into Duck

3. Use one Easy Guide Duck™ tip soaker for each da Vinci® Endowrist®, Single Site® and other Complex Lumen Instrument used in procedure.

5. Using the remaining detergent squeeze, the rest of it into the bag and seal shut, this will hold the moisture in the bag while in transit.

4. Use the Duck Bag provided and place the devices into the bag, with the sponge. Push down and twist to open the bottle provided and squeeze an amount into each flush port 1 on each device.

6. The Duck Bags™ can contain up to 5 instruments. Send to CSSD for reprocessing. B In case a transportation basket is used please ensure that instruments are placed into the basket that could be inserted into recommended Duck™ moisture pack, sealing it shut. Send to CSSD for reprocessing.
