Rotary Club of XYZ is committed to ensuring that all Club activities are conducted in as much of an environmental-friendly and sustainable manner as is reasonable and practical.
Environmental Policy
We will: •Comply with all applicable environmental legislations, standards and regulations; •Maintain and support biodiversity; •Take every reasonable, practicable and cost effective measure to conserve resources, minimise waste generation and reduce the Club’s environmental footprint (examples would include only issuing Club communications by email and avoid/reduce the use of paper); •Seek environmental-friendly options when selling and sourcing goods and services, where cost-effective opportunities for such options exist; •Encourage environmental and sustainability awareness among the Club’s members, its employees, stakeholders, and the community at large through effective communication of this policy and the Club’s related values, priorities and efforts;•Strive to improve sustainability performance year-on-year;

The reporting is an honour system based on the "4-Way Test" Code of practice Evidence 1 3.5 5 Club members taking one carbon-neutral flight PPE director reports dates and Rtns xxxx involved with flight details. 3.6 Minumum 10% of Club members submitting their PPE director report the agency and copy carbon footprint in a recognized agency’s to Club Secretary format to that agency and copied to the Club’s Secretary.3.7 Organised, take part in or contributed to at least 1 PPE director report the event and dateactivity or action to promote or improve awareness of sustainability. 3.8 Others (if any)
