First window will provide the list of available databases with Indicus.

Data is available at District level.

To get data at district level, district level has to be selected.

• Map will identify selected states.

• You need to select district, variables and year in this window.

• To get the data/map, result/map window should be selected. Tabs (Query Selection/Result/Map/Reports) are placed above the window.

Basic excel operation can be done with data from options available from above tabs.Data can also be graphed in this window

Orientation (below the window) will provide you data in different formats.

• District down years across series corner.

• District corner years down series across

• District corner series down years across

• Series corner Years Down District Across

In Map window, selection will provide map accordingly.However, “Map Series” will provide you the independency to select location, indicator and year. “Paint Map” will show the map that can saved and printed.

Two options are available Map tool;

Ø With selection of “Equal Number”, the range in the window depicts equal number of districts under each class.

Ø With selection of “Equal Interval” shows the data range of the selected variables.

Colour of the range can also be changed.

To see the map, press “Remap”

Report Window

In the report window, “Show Report” will provide details of the selected district at a glance.
