JetBlue: Who We Are
Here at JetBlue we are proud to celebrate the diversity of all our Crewmembers and recognize the strength that our individual viewpoints, experiences, and backgrounds bring to our airline – both internally and in interactions with our Customers.
Crewmember Resource Groups
Crewmember Resource Groups (CRGs) are groups of Crewmembers formed to act as a resource for both the group members as well as JetBlue. These groups serve as an avenue to embrace and encourage different perspectives, thoughts, and ideas.

– Professional Development – JetBlue Success – Recruitment and Retention
• First CRG was JetPride, for LGBT Crewmembers and
their allies. – Coming Soon: Irish American & Female Group
Vets in Blue
At JetBlue, we are committed to supporting service members and veterans transition into the workplace. We are strengthening our efforts to employ and retain members of the military through outreach, networking events, career fairs and mentoring opportunities.
53 veterans hired at JetBlue in the past 12 months
• “Hiring Our Heroes” Career Expo at the USS Intrepid – met with 400+ Veterans – 5 veterans hired
• Hosted first Veterans Career Fair at Long Island City Support Center – 80+ Vets attended
• Joined 100,000 Jobs Mission Coalition
• Launched VetConnect – peer mentoring program connecting a new Veteran Crewmembers
with tenured Veterans at JetBlue – 21 mentors

Disability Awareness
Disability Awareness – Respectful Workplace
• Disability in the Workplace – Providing adequate resources for all our Crewmembers is
important and essential to JetBlue
• Serving Customers with Disabilities – Customer Disability Taskforce to generate awareness about the
challenges surrounding air travel for Customers with disabilities.
• Supplier Diversity – Supplier Diversity Program, encouraging our use of high-quality
women-, veteran-, minority- and LGBT-owned businesses. – During the building of Terminal 5 (T5) at JFK , we were
recognized for the use of diverse suppliers.
Disability Awareness – Disability Mentoring Day
• JetBlue participated in its first Disability Mentoring Day in 2012.
– Increase internship and employment opportunities for persons with disabilities. – Counter common stereotypes ascribed to persons with disabilities. – Promote disability as a central part of diversity recruitment for a more inclusive
workforce.

• JetBlue has a dedicated “point person” for ADA requests: – In 2012, formal ADA requests have gone up
