System Setti ngs
Minimum Computer Requirements
• Windows XP (Service Pack 3) or Windows Vista or Windows 7 or Windows 8
• Browser Internet Explorer 6 or Above• The User Logon to the Computer must have
Administrator Rights• Date & Time Should be Properly configured• Disable / Uninstall all the Antivirus Programs
System Settings for ERA Server .
Windows 7 or Above – CHANGE USER ACCOUNT CONTROL SETTINGS TONEVER NOTIFY:
Click on Start -> Control Panel -> User Accounts & Family Safety -> UserAccounts-> Change User Accounts Control Settings -> Drag Down to Never
Notify -> OK
Browser setting Note :- use only Intenet Explorer 7 and above
Open Internet Explorer -> Tools-> Internet Options ->Security Tab
Click on Internet -> Custom Level • Enable these Options under
Active X Control & Plugins• Download signed ActiveX control• Download unsigned ActiveX
control• Initialize and script ActiveX
control which are not marked safe for
• scripting.• Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins• Script ActiveX marked safe for
scripting• Enable these Options under
Active X Control & Plugins• Include Local Directory Path
While Uploading Files to Server• Enable these Options under
Scripting• Active Scripting
Click on Local Intranet -> Custom Level • Enable these Options under
Active X Control & Plugins• Download signed ActiveX control• Download unsigned ActiveX
control• Initialize and script ActiveX
control which are not marked safe for

While Uploading Files to Server• Enable these Options under
Scripting• Active Scripting
If the operating system is Windows VISTA or Windows 7 or Windows 8, perform
the following settingsTools -> Internet Options -> Security Tab -> Click on Internet ->
untick Enable Protected Mode Option
Internet Options - > Advanced TabUnder Security Settings:
Tick: Use SSL 3.0Un tick: Use SSL 2.0Un tick: Use TLS 1.0
Procedure to Enroll the Certificate and filing basic details
Enrollment
Once registration will generate, enroll on given mentioned websiteEnrollment link : https://dsc.safescrypt.com/divijitservices/index.html
Default browser to be use: Internet Explorer 7 and above
Note :- Token is not required while Enrolling
Type Challenge Passphrase :- Dsc@1234 and Confirm Passphrase :- Dsc@1234
After filling all the details click on register.
Note :- Token is not required while Enrolling
IMP:- Check all details properly to avoid any escalation and click on Confirm
Procedure to Approve the certificates
ERA SERVER
Operation link for ERA Server https://dsc.safescrypt.com:9100/Default browser to be used:
Internet Explorer 7 and above
IMPORTANT NOTICE
After these Settings are done; it will Display on the Internet Explorer: YourCurrent Security Settings Put Your Computer at Risk – PLEASE IGNORE THISMESSAGE – DO NOT CLICK IT if it ask to fix the settings
IMPORTANT NOTICEAfter you open ERA link will get a pop-up , press right click on the yellow line and click on Run Add on All websites
Click on Subscriber and then Generate Token • Click on Subscriber and
after that Click on Generate Token
• Policy :- Select policy as per the customer requirement
• Class Name :- Select class name as per the customer requirement
• Prefix String :- Important Note :- Please mention prefix name it should be organization names first two letters .(example :- organization name :- Signature Planet so please type SI or SP in prefix box )
• Registration Token Count :- Please mention count as per the your requirement
• Suffix String :- Should Blank and click on submit
How to generate Registration Number.• After click on Submit
one message box will display on your screen
• Save this file as Registration number file anywhere on your system
• Now Open Registration Number file and remove first comma
Post enrollment click on queue select the policy name,class name and date as per your enrollment ,find your DSC select it and click on Accept selected
After Accepting the DSC you can track the status of your DSC in reports by selecting policy name , class name, date and clicking on view.
You can download the certificates when the status shows PENDING FOR CSR.
After Enrolling Send all the Forms and Documents in the Cover
Check Before Sending Forms• All the Forms are Signed across the photograph and
under Declaration• Documents are self attested and certified
(Any discrepancy in the forms will render DSC revoked)
Procedure to Download certificates
Certificate Download
For downloading the certificate click on Pick up link for ERA Serverhttps://dsc.safescrypt.com/divijitservices/index.html
After you click on Pick up you will get a pop-up , press right click on the yellow line and click on Run Add on All websites
Type your Registration number and click on Download
Now type Challenge Passphrase which is Dsc@1234, Select your CSP (Token) and click on Submit
Click on Yes for adding cerficates
Your Certificate is installed successfully!
