COUNTY (630-584-1170) FOR VERFICATION OF ANY UTILITY LOCATIONS IN THE FIELD.

48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE START OF ANY EXCAVATION, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL CALL J.U.L.I.E. AND KANE

UTILITIES NEED TO BE RELOCATED.

THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE WITH ALL ABOVE AND UNDERGROUND UTILITY COMPANIES IF

SANDBAGS.

SANDBAGS ON THE BOTTOM RAIL. A TYPE III BARRICADE SHALL REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF FOUR (4)

BARRICADES: ALL UNBALLASTED TYPE I AND TYPE II BARRICADES SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM OF TWO (2)

UTILITY STRUCTURES SHALL BE ADJUSTED BY THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL

FIELD BY THE ENGIINEER. TREE TRUCK PROTECTION AND TREE PRUNING SHALL BE DONE ACCORDING TO

TREES MAY BE IMPACTED BY CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY. THE ACTUAL NEED SHALL BE DETERMINED IN THE

TREE PRUNING AND TREE TRUCK PROTECTION HAVE BEEN PROVIDED FOR LOCATIONS WHERE EXISTING

BE DEDUCTED AND NO ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION WILL BE DUE THE CONTRACTOR.
