Whoam I?
Who am I? And: who do I want to be? Those are the questions that retailers should be answering first. The answer will enable us to understand the retail brand and develop The Creative Idea: the all-encompassing basic idea for the new retail concept.

Together with bauMax JDV-TRC developed a completely new service concept.Service, advising and helping the customer are the main anchors of the new concept.Further more we also focused on a nicer atmosphere and a more inspiring store.

BOUWCENTER HOLLAND 2009
A B2B concept was developed with a main focus on building materials.With the new drive inn concept and the new branding concept Bouwcenter became very successful.

A new concept was developed tailor made for the local market.The decorative (paint and furniture) and garden department where the main area’s developed by JDV-TRC. But also the in-store communication was part of the project.

A new paint-concept was developed together with the supplier of Hagebau.The decorative paint-, wallpaper- and curtains-department where the anchors of the project.

The first real DIY market in Alabania. 9.000 net. sqm meters A new and decorative DIY concept was developed for the local needs. including branding, lay-out, in-store communication, store design, façade.

MILEBELARUS 2012
In the center of Minsk a completely new 9.000sqm DIY market with a new name, logo, branding, store design, service counters, in-store communication and façade was developed. Opened September 2014.

Together with Schulz Farbe, JDV-TRC developed the paint department of the future for bauMax, the Austrian number one DIY retailer.
