Cuba for Travel is a DMC operating in Cuba since 1997. We have offices in Havana
and Varadero. Our head office (Transnico International) is in Brussels Belgium. We
set up incentive trips, group roundtrips and private a la carte tours for mainly
European and American guests.
During the years we have organized successful incentives for important European
incentive houses for their multinational clients. We pride ourselves in listening to
our clients and setting up programs according to their wishes with quick replies to
their email communications. We and our guides are on the spot to guarantee correct
handling of services, and to be sure your client is really satisfied.
Cuba is a country with surprising options like cigar and rum dinners, classic
vintage car transfers, fun rides in old historic trains, catamaran sailings to remote
tropical islands and discovering the historic centre of Old Havana. We love to offer
you genuine Cuban culture with live music with all meal venues, salsa dance
lessons, famous Tropicana cabaret. And of course the night life in Havana is there
for you to explore.
Despite the travel restrictions for Americans to Cuba we organize many tours for
mid and high level visitors from this country. In cooperation with the American TSP
Vayasojourns and its President Lee Marona, based in California, the necessary
licenses of OFAC are provided for the most demanding clients. American agencies
that have groups and individuals interested to come to Cuba encounter in Cuba for
Travel/Vayasojourns a reliable and legal partnership. In agreement with the rules
set out by OFAC a program is agreed with the client and executed during the visit to
Cuba. Guests can enter the direct charter flights from the US to Havana or other
destinations in Cuba. On their return guests present the necessary documentation to
the US immigration for re-entering the US without problem. We offer a secure and
professional organization as well on the Cuban as on the American side.
In the area of Havana and Varadero we can offer quality 5 stars accommodations
with international standards with facilities for congresses and meetings. In the
interior of Cuba we can set up authentic programs off the beaten track.
Cuba is a very different country with a unique atmosphere right in the middle of the
sunny Caribbean.

have lunch a Bodeguita del Medio restaurant:
Welcome mojito
Fresh Vegetable salad
Picadillo Habanera or Havana minced beef
Dessert
Coffee
1 drink incl.
BODEGUITA DEL MEDIO
This restaurant as a small grocery store or ‘bodeguita’ in the middle of a street or ‘del
medio’. As Hemingway’s publisher was in front he often stayed in the store waiting for
papers to be printed and as such drank many mojito’s which the owner served as an extra
income. As the place became famous in the fifties the groceries were dropped in favour of a
bar and restaurant. The bohemian and political scene of that age hanged out in the place and
left their signature on the walls just like Hemingway.
Now it is a popular restaurant specialized in Cuban creole cuisine. And of course
Hemingway´s mojito is the most wanted cocktail. The Bodeguita is now also a franchise
with many Bodeguita’s in other countries like Mexico and Paris.
